We stayed in this hotel for 12 days. The service is good. However, the hotel is so big and a bit old. The rooms without real windows are creepy. We have felt the presence of a ghost in our first room, so we requested a transfer of a room with a real window. I have to commend though about the service in the restaurant... very good and very accommodating... We have to leave very early, and they happily packed our breakfast every day.

Nginep disini untuk ke pameran di kemayoran. Pilih disini krn cari makan gampang dan tidak terlalu macet, room cukup luas, sarapan enak

酒店整體中規中矩，房間面積夠用，衞生狀況達標。交通還算便利，打車或坐公交都比較方便。但隔音效果一般，夜間能聽到樓道腳步聲；早餐種類較少，選擇有限。追求性價比的話可以考慮，對住宿品質要求高的建議慎重。

攜程上訂的，航班變化第一天沒住，切記不能取消，不能改變； 第二天凌晨入住，房間已經準備好了，給了和預訂的一樣的有外窗的大床房，結果房間有噪音，蜂鳴聲，滋滋滋，太晚太累沒辦法，衹能入睡。 第二天提出換房間，給了一個內窗大床房，很安靜。 房間太小，很壓抑，內窗的緣故，一個人沒事在房間時很難受，堅持住了一週扛不住了，換酒店了。 PS…酒店後面有超市，理髮店，披薩店和小餐館。 希望能幫到你們。

非常好的酒店 乾淨 清潔 服務態度好 唯一的缺點是 太吵了 房間隔音太差了 外面的摩多車 太吵了 整個晚上不用睡覺！

預訂成功的也被告知客房已滿，當班前台沒有任何歉意，浪費一小時的時間扯皮，後來又給安排到預訂房型。扯皮時全程黑臉白眼。衣櫃在洗手間內，使得衣物潮濕。第二天早上在桌面發現蟑螂。

A clean hotel with fair price in Kelapa Gading. During bfast, I found the slow refill and tasteless maincourse... can be improved...

酒店很大，不過電梯有點舊 職員很有禮貌，房間整齊 衛生間很大 就早上9點有人收拾房間的人按門鈴 把我的好夢斷了，還跟我了一堆不明白的印尼話 因為沒有「請勿騷擾」的燈號….

住過最暖心的酒店！從辦理入住到離店全程貼心，房間佈置温馨，智能家居超便捷，細節滿分，絕對值得二刷！下次出差還會選擇
