SSal StrazzulloFirst of all I must commend the hotel for the excellent level of service and making sure that the customers are satisfied, this is the primary factor in the service and hospitality industry.
At first we got a room that wasn't very good as there was a bad smell coming from the bed. After complaining at the front desk they promptly upgraded us to a better room without any issues.
The room is well furnished with all the necessary amenities including kettle, hair dryer, hot shower, and so on.
Next day in the morning we got our breakfast for 80.000/person and it was pretty good.
