Alfatih Laundry附近住宿

I booked this hotel with my wife for our business trip. It was great experience, great foods, great room. I'd like to thank you very much to FO staff who was allowing us to do a bit early check in (around 12.44 - 13.00). We arrived early and will have a online meeting at 1 pm. Tried our luck to check in early, and it happened. One more time, thank you for the FO staff during the shift when i checked in. I'm sorry, i don't remember the name but she (lady with hijab) was very accomodating. Great foods during breakfast but the service team need to be more cheerful. A bit noisy in the room (i think it was because of some project happening in the same building) Overall, i will still recommend this hotel as the first choice to stay in Kelapa Gading area. Thank you.

The hotel overall was good, breakfast also good, with egg station. as for location, it's a bit hard to find minimarket / food places around, there is Mcdonalds and Market City (Supermarket) across the street, but the pathway was separated by a river, to get there you have to walk quite far and turn around.. It will be nice if they somehow built a small bridge so people can cross the river to reach the across street.

在kelapa gading這個小範圍來説最好的酒店，標的四星，大概屬於國內的三星水平。早餐很豐富。旁邊就是mall kelapa gading，購物吃飯一應俱全，都不用出酒店直接可以走過去。出行的話周圍也還湊合，不算堵車。如果在這附近辦事的話，推薦這裏。

酒店緊挨着最繁華的國貿，走路到樂天瑪特超市也就是三分鐘，還算是比較乾淨，前台的服務，以及迎賓的態度都非常好，早餐怎麼説呢，和中國的習慣還是差別比較大，周邊吃飯的地方還可以，晚上基本上沒怎麼出去

位置極其優越，出行便利。環境雅緻，營造出温馨的居家氛圍。服務周到細緻，讓人賓至如歸。房間內設施完善，舒適度高。衞生整潔，每處細節都體現專業水準。早餐種類豐富，營養美味。綜合而言，性價比極高，強烈推薦給每一位尋求高品質住宿體驗的旅客！” 設施：可以 衞生：還不錯 環境：可以 服務：還不錯

優點： 工作人員很好地滿足了要求。房間冷氣很冷。有電梯直達二樓停車場。輕鬆辦理入住退房。很多電插頭。 缺點： 浴室裡的熱水不太好，水還是感覺很冷。矮個子的接待員，請加個微笑，或許有問題？所以我覺得很嚴厲，姐姐。

進樓的時候酒店本身其實就在三樓,所以需要找電梯上去以前我已經要求通過booking.com在下午01.00提前入住,幸運的是房間已經準備好了,我可以把我所有的東西都放好,希望能在那裏度過我的兩晚。入住的時候給我提供了維生素C和口罩,打開房間電視,就說明了酒店在 Covid 19 期間如何通過消毒等方式保持清潔。我選擇了威茲總理凱拉帕·加丁,因爲它位於MOI對面,而且有一個游泳池。我想在酒店游泳度過我的住宿,至少這就是我所想的。當我游泳時,游泳池的工作人員走近我,告訴我,因爲我沒有穿合適的泳衣,實際上我不允許在那裏游泳,因爲你的信息,我戴着頭巾,我不可能穿泳衣,工作人員甚至建議我脫掉頭巾,當然我說不。接下來我知道保安走近了我,對我說的完全一樣,因爲我沒有穿合適的泳衣,所以我不允許在那裏游泳。我注意到其他客人也在游泳池裏盯着我,我感到丟臉。就這樣。我從游泳池出來,向前台投訴。mak Sarah協助我,她告訴我如果我想游泳應該沒問題,她會和游泳池工作人員交談。當她回來時,她告訴我坐在游泳池邊,她會和通用汽車交談。當時的情況已經讓我生氣了,選擇回到房間,在酒店網站的聯繫我們部分寫投訴。我決定回到游泳池,拍了一張游泳池的照片。這時莎拉又向我走來,向我道歉,並確保我能夠在通用汽車的批准下在游泳池裏游泳。我仍然不明白,爲什麼游泳池的工作人員和保安這樣對待我,甚至需要通用汽車的批准,因爲一位戴着頭巾的女士能夠在酒店游泳,而我是客人,我支付了房間包括設施的費用?最後經理和我溝通了,我道歉了,好的,我接受道歉了,但是我已經失望了,哭了。我感覺很恐怖。我決定提前退房,要求退款。我現在正在等待退款。

Hotel yang nyaman kamar pun juga bersih, pelayanan nya bagus, serta pegawai nya informatif

I’ve been here almost half of years visiting Jakarta for business purposes. Amongst the rest hotel in Kelapa Gading area, 101 Urban Kelapa Gading is the best place to stay in ! Beside, the restaurant in the lobby hotel service was greats! Thanks to the waiter Pak Agus and Waitress Buk Tika for the service given throughout time I'm having meals. Not forget the food really superb tasty ! Thank you 101 😊👍

酒店性價比高，房間很大而且有小陽台。出入市區比較遠，附近出去吃的餐廳也有幾家，也有便利店和ATM, 都是走路10分鐘即可到
