I've stayed at this property many, many times because I can get a good rate through a third party (Costco or Priceline). I always wondered why the Hampton across the street is much more expensive. Well, last week I got a deal at the Hampton and was very curious to see the difference. Disappointing! This could easily turn into a negative review of the Hampton so I'll just say Holiday Inn Express is much better in just about every category. I'll be back at HIE going forward.
