This cabin is located in the heart of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains bordering the Pisgah National Forest and near Linville Gorge! Come see what’s up at Bearadise Falls, and witness the year-round unobstructed views (including Mt. Mitchell) and all the amazing wonders of this property for yourself. This cabin was thoughtfully designed and constructed with attention to all the details that create an unforgettable vacation experience and it shows! This 3-story, 2600 square foot mountain cabin is located on 1-1/2 acres inside of a gated community with all paved roads. There are two waterfalls inside the community. You will pass one of them on your way in so be on the lookout! There is an 1800 sq. ft. deck that is perfectly situated to take in the amazing sunsets. Enjoy an evening grilling your favorite meal or sitting around the fire table making memories. There is also a large 5-person Hot Tub that faces the west to give you yet another way to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. You may even catch a glimpse of the train that runs through the valley in the North Cove community. There is a large fire pit in the backyard to roast marshmallows or share a toast with your friends. The memories you will make are sure to warm your heart for years to come. There is also an arcade-themed game room inside on the 1st floor. Enjoy the nostalgia and test your skill on two multi game arcade machines (lots of games on both) or the classic fun of a Skeeball game. You can also challenge your friends to a game of Foosball or pass the time with one of several board games available. Rather take the fun outside, grab the cornhole boards and head out to the patio. If watching movies is your thing, there are several to choose from at the cabin, you can bring your own from home, or bring your streaming service passwords as this cabin has high speed internet. This area provides unique opportunities for many different activities, there is truly something for everyone. You can take a tour of Linville Caverns, hike the beautiful Linville Gorge, play a round of disc golf, sip wine at Linville Falls Winery, or hop on the Blue Ridge Parkway to take a ride full of all the amazing scenery the mountains have to offer. If you prefer, you can also kick back and just enjoy the peace and quiet these mountains bring right from the spacious deck and covered patio. * 2,600 Square Feet - 3 Stories * Each of the 3 Levels has its own temperature control for comfort * 5 Bedrooms - 2/King - 2/Queens - 5th bedroom has 2 full beds (Sleeps 12 in beds) * 3 Full Bathrooms - One on each level * 1/2 Bath - On main level * Game Room - Retro Arcade Games, Ping Pong table, Board Games, Mini Fridge, and a Card table * Fully Stocked Kitchen * Dining seating for 12 - Large round table seat 8 and 4 at the kitchen bar *Large table for outdoor dining * Gas Fireplace that lights instantly. This is not intended to heat the cabin, but rather provide ambience during your stay. A full tank will be provided and should last approximately 10 hours. If you would like to use this feature for longer, you may exchange the propane tank at Lowe’s (20 minutes from the cabin) * 3 HD Smart TVs with DVD players- 1 Game Room - 1 Living Room - 1 Master Bedroom * Laundry Room * 1,800 sq ft outside Porch area - with over 300 sf of covered porch * 5 Person Hot Tub ONLY the 12 persons named on the lease are to be on the property at any time. No one else can just "Stop by" we do not allow for ANY day visitors. Guests have access to the entire home. House Rules: 1. Check In Time is after 4:00 PM 2. Check Out Time is 10:30 AM. (No late check out- fees applied) 3. Must be 30 years old or older to book this rental. 4. For your security, we have installed an outside camera that faces the parking area only. Guests may not disconnect or otherwise obscure any permissible and properly-disclosed security devices. In addition, attempting to access any areas clearly designated as owners closet, locked, or containing personal or confidential information are off limits to guests. 5. NO other persons except the 12 persons designated on the reservation are to be on the property at any time for any reason. No other persons can "stop by". No camping is allowed. 6. No parties, weddings or events are allowed 7. Tampering with the WiFi Router or any smart devices is strictly prohibited. (This includes unplugging the router or the use of RF jamming devices) Guests are not allowed to change any settings on the WiFi router, including the password, network name, or any other configuration options, as this could disrupt internet access for other guests and potentially pose security risks to the host's network; essentially prohibiting any form of "tampering" with the router. Tampering attempts or violations may result in a mandatory maintenance technician visit which will result in a $250 charge and/or immediate eviction without refund. If you have any issues with the WiFi please contact your host. 8. No pets allowed. 9. No smoking ($500-$1000 cleaning charge) 10. Furniture should not be moved from room to room. 11. Guests should observe neighborhood quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Please be courteous of the neighbors. 12. Bears are known to frequent the area. Any garbage must be disposed of in plastic bags that have been closed and tied off and then placed in the pump house at the top of the driveway. 13. Please do not throw any paper or other items in the gas logs. Do not remove any screens and keep children away. 14. The property is in a rural area and does not have municipal water and sewer services and uses a well and septic system. Please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No "feminine products" or "flushable cleansing cloths" should be flushed in any toilet. No food to be put down the garbage disposal. 15. The water level in the hot tub must be maintained to the bottom of the headrest. (The hose is right by the hot tub on the side of home if more water is needed.) The rules for use of the Hot Tub are posted by the Hot Tub and are to be followed at all times. No food or glass are to be in or near the Hot Tub. Children MUST be supervised. DO NOT SIT OR LAY on top of the Hot Tub Cover. 16. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that the guest party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. 17. No more than 4 vehicles are recommended. Parking is not allowed on the neighborhood roadways. 18. There is a wood fire pit area in the backyard. Fires should be kept at a reasonable and manageable level and always be under adult supervision. No fires are allowed if fire danger in area is at red level. The fire danger sign should be referenced at the North Cove Fire Dept on Hwy 221. 19. FIREWORKS of any size nor the discharge of firearms are permitted. 20. Neighborhood waterfalls are on private and should be viewed from the road way only. 21. Guest are not allowed to operate ATV's on neighborhood roadways. 22. There are no public hiking trails in the neighborhood. 23. There are NO refunds given if you are not able to access the property due to inclement weather.
