Staybridge Suites 查爾斯頓，阿什利磷酸鹽(Staybridge Suites Charleston-Ashley Phosphate)

Excelente hotel, buen servicio, pueden variar un poco mejor el menú del desayuno, tranquilo, ubicado en un sitio muy tranquilo, el último día de mi estadía, había un insecto en mi habitación (cucaracha), eso me molestó un poco, pero fue lo único por qué el resto fue excelente todo.

Great central location - 15 minutes from everything! Easy access to the city, Landson, and the drive to the beach seemed shorter than stated, though traffic can increase travel times from 20 to 40 minutes quickly. The room was very clean. Shower had great water pressure. Counter service was incredibly friendly. Wish they had complimentary water!!! Our fan had to be on high in order for it not to make a bed-shaking, eardrum penetrating humming sound. Also, there were no recycling bins, and toiletries are not environmentally friendly, so I'm not sure why they have an eco-friendly rating. These were the two disappoin**ents. Coffee was good, didn't make me jittery or cause stomach issues like many cheap hotel coffees do. Breakfast was solid, no complaints. I would definitely stay here again, whether romantic or with my children as a family.

Elevators inspection date 11/2022. They are renovating and my room smelled heavily of paint. I stay here

While the staff worked hard to fix issues, the hotel is not ready for guests. There is a strong smell of paint in the lobby and rooms, appropriate bedding for sofa beds were not available, loud beeping from the AC unit in the middle of the night. Breakfast was good.

The room was very clean and the kitchenette was nice to have. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and super polite staff that made you feel at home. Absolutely nothing up complain about. If we come back to Charleston we will definitely stay here.

The front desk attendant Laytoya was wonderful she was very warm and friendly felt like talking to a family friend. We had issues with our room key the second night but she was quick fixing it. the breakfast buffet options were great and offered variety the staff was polite and the overall location was clean and comfortable loved the king bed and option of choosing our floor we wanted to be on from what was available, other than one of the elevators being down and the towel rack above the toilet being crooked and it's location above the toilet and not enough towels overall was stay was great for the price for the location not far from everything, my husband also said the TV being in a weird spot was awkward but other than that we'd stay again also the seating area where you eat breakfast is gorgeous and feels almost like a mountain lodge

Beds were amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was decent. They messed up charging our room and got my bank for double the amount of fees on a holiday weekend so there was no correcting it and only waiting to see if it was right when the holiday weekend was over.
