Service was ok rooms were nice but there was a lot of disturbance from other patrons with no respect for otheres

Ce n'était pas dispendieux, mais terrible. Lit non confortable, odeur de cigarette provenant de l'extérieur, frigo extrêmement bruyant, très vieux. Je n'y retournerais pas.

Les employés ont beaucoup de difficultés a parler anglais francais Sont souvent sur leur cellulaire

The gentleman when we checked in was nice and friendly, the room is basic and a little outdated, but not dirty. The heat was barely on and the fridge was warm. The outlet on the brick wall was not secure and made it difficult to plug in our chargers. The morning of check out the tv in the front lobby where you have breakfast was off, and there was an uncomfortable silence in the space so we brought our breakfast back to our room, the man at the check out was ok not rude at all but not friendly. The bed was not uncomfortable, it was not noisy, fine for the price we paid.

TV was small and channel were not at all clear .....Mattress n pillow were very old ....room light require upgrafe

It was updated which was nice. Breakfast was good. Only thing disappointing for this stay was we found a pair of someones underwear under the bed. Hopefully the cleaning staff will clean under the bed next time.

My stay at the hotel was quite quiet, the room was comfortable and I was able to rest very well even though my stay was short. I hope to visit again in the future. Thank you very much for your warm attention.

The hotel is clean and tidy in a convenient location. Rooms are well equipped and quiet. The included breakfast is a plus
