希爾頓歡朋飯店-波塔基特(Hampton Inn Pawtucket)

When we checked in we were We were given our room key and when we opened the door we walked into a already used room, the bed was dirty and unmade, there were towels all over the bathroom floor and in the hallway leading to the bathroom, other people's trash left behind. I went back down to the front desk and told them they had given me a dirty room, I was told Oops sorry, and given another room key, I was also told that they were going to credit me for the room being dirty. I said to them Are you sure you can do that seeing that I booked through a third party? The woman told me yes, absolutely, well. That was a complete lie, I was charged the full price for the room which I kind of thought I would be seeingvI booked it through a third party. The air conditioning in the room was so noisy like a train that sleeping was almost impossible. There were people in the hall coming and going at all hours of the night and very loud. I would never stay here again!!!!

The room was quite pleasant. Loved the mirror door to the bathroom. Breakfast was decent. Wish they had a different meat option than pork sausage. The hotel was pretty clean except for the stairs for some reason. They needed vacuuming and perhaps renovation for a new carpet. The hallway carpets were very clean. Also the staff was pleasant and courteous. I always have a great experience at Hampton!

The room was spacious. Large enough for a family of 3/4. It wasn’t super updated. Breakfast area is small and not enough seating for the size of the hotel. Very close - 1 mile - to a couple of vegan hotspots in town, including Garden Grill and Wild Flour. Some recycling receptacles, too, which was nice.

The only problem with our stay was *******'s fault. The reservation was not on the hotel's computer. It took a half hour on the phone with ******* before they were able to clear up the problem and allow us to check-in. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent. It was modern, clean, and comfortable. Loved the breakfast and free parking. The hotel is only a five-minute drive to Providence.

What a great staff ! Great Location also. Had left out to the airport and forgot my EarPods. Within 1 minute flat, the hotel calls me and tells me that I left them behind. Got them into an Uber and got it to me at the airport
