Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant, bakery 600 m, café 800 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station 260 m, ferry 1 km, sandy beach 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 14 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, surf school 1 km, tennis 3 km, minigolf 2 km. Please note: railway line 10 m from the property. "Osterriede", 2-room apartment 45 m2, on the ground floor. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 20 m2 with digital TV, flat screen, radio and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room 11 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Terrace 18 m2, lawn. Terrace furniture. Overall, a cozy little apartment for 2 people. Even if the holiday apartment is older, it makes a well-kept impression. We were the only guests in the house, so we can't judge whether the house is badly soundproofed. You don't hear anything from the nearb
