Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, children's playground 650 m. 2-room apartment 60 m2 on 3rd floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room 24 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony. 1 room 10 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: telephone (extra), children's high chair (extra), hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Unfortunately we only had cold water for showering twice in the morning. When we made a complaint over the phone, the only thing that was said was that it could happen... The parking spaces are very unfavorable, both the footpath and the cycle path have t
