Modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 27 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom 8 m2. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC.
