Very simple apartment house. In the centre of Norddeich, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: patio. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 250 m, bakery 250 m, café, bus stop 500 m, railway station 1.5 km, ferry 1.5 km, sandy beach 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 14 km, indoor swimming pool 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, surf school 750 m, tennis 2.5 km, minigolf 500 m, children's playground 600 m. "Schwalbennest II", 1-room apartment 20 m2, on the ground floor. Very simple furnishings: living/dining room 16 m2 with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), digital TV, flat screen and radio. Small kitchenette in the entrance 3 m2 (2 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony furniture, sitting area. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Parking at the house. Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. There is no separate bedroom. This apartment is not suitable for elderly or mobility-impaired people.

As the name suggests, it is a nest. Cozy for two people. It was clean. There could be a bit more cutlery in the kitchen. An egg cup, not salad servers. Three spoons, three spoons, if you cook yourself that's simply not enough. Otherwise it's okay, short d

Unfortunately dissatisfied it wasn't clean. The mattresses were dirty and too thin. the pillow was yellow and the duvet had blood stains. The slatted frame was broken. The ladies weren't nice about the information either. And there was a lot of humid air

The apartment was not clean, cobwebs everywhere, niche patio door mold. The bed was a disaster, the slatted frame was probably assembled from leftovers. The mattress was made from simple foam.
