Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, surf school 750 m, tennis 2.5 km, minigolf 500 m, children's playground 600 m. "Schwalbennest III", 4-room apartment 70 m2 on 1st floor. With sloping ceilings, very simple furnishings: living/dining room 17 m2 with digital TV, flat screen and radio. 1 room 10 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 6 m2 with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 7 m2 with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Parking at 20 m. Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. Maximum 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Patio on the ground floor.

Unfortunately the oven was broken and very dirty. Was disgusting. In some cases, the drawers and doors of the cupboards do not hang properly in the brackets. There is plenty of crockery, but it's just a hodgepodge. A mirror light was broken, so a desk lam

Broken slatted frame not really working washing machine but still 50 cents per wash the first time not properly spun laundry smelled musty. Had to have the caretaker come on the 6th day because the door lock was defective and you couldn't open it anymore.

Simple apartment according to the ad. Location great. Stair rope not cheap for seniors. Beds not great 2/3. But overall furniture ok. Definitely gladly again!
