We lost a day do to how they had the area and wen I book my recervation said I order king beds and they give me full side beds so no good and it’s said no re funds for this so we decided to just give it up not going to make my kids sleep again like this

When I checked in I thought the lady was not personable or friendly at all. She did not even smile, she just said let me get your ID. The room was neat, and clean, when I surveyed it. Unfortunately, when I check in, it was late so I did not see the roaches until next day. When Sofia the cleaning lady came to clean the room I told her to tell the front desk lady. I had to sleep with the lights on because I was concerned the roaches would crawl on me. I think they should close the place down and call an exterminator. I cannot believe the owner would allow his or her property to be this way. I wanted to tell the lady at the front desk, but it seems she was having a problem when I went to return my keys, so I just left. I I was only there for 2 nights. The first night I did not realize the roach problem. The next day I say 2 roaches, but since I was leaving in the morning, I just told Sofia to talk to the front desk lady. The door was very hard to open and had a dent in it like someone tried to kick it in. I have a membership with Motel 6, and I never encounter anything like this when I stay at the other location. My stay was just horrible. The bed was very uncomfortable. It had a indentation on one side due to long time usage. so it was so uncomfortable.

Bad customer service and attitude. They were very rude. We have no running water in the sink outside bathroom. The door does not work. We have to kick the door in to open. When we told them about our problems, they told us to leave if we don’t like it. It was 10:00 pm and we have nowhere to go. I would never stay here again.

Ad experience, cash price is very low if you pay at property. Lobby always close morning or night, you have to lineup in que for checkin staff members low. Broken floors. Bathrooms not clean. Shower very low.nit valie for money.

This place was a disappointment to me. It has no microwave and no refrigerator in the room. There were roaches (big-size) ones crawling on the wall above the headboard, and on the floor. The covers on the bed made me itch. It was terrible?!!!

The room smelled like no one had been in it in months and to top it off there were roaches coming out from behind the beds.
