Where do I start!!! The main bedroom was full of tiny ants, including in the bed. So much so the first night couldn't get any sleep. The roof top spa (which we paid a lot of money for, was cold and you were unable to change the pre-set temperature). There was no dish washing liquid or tea towels etc in the kitchen. The kitchen tap was broken, the touch drawers either wouldn't open and when they did, they kept opening after you pushed them closed. No plug for bath or even the most basic supplies most cheaper motels provide such as shower gel were supplied. When we advised the reception of the issues, they said they would change the sheets the next day (in the main bedroom, which was no help as that was the day we were checking out), when we said that, she said they had no staff. We were advised by 2 different staff (including the male manager) we would receive a credit on our next stay, but that his wife "Kara" organised the credits and would be in contact. On our return, we sent numerous emails and phone calls, all to be ignored. Finally spoke to Kara the manager who advised they didn't accept negative reviews and there would be no credit, compensation nothing and was to be honest very rude. WTH, you are charging people top dollar for a luxury stay and this place is below standard to that of a cheap budget motel.
