巴塔姆海景假日飯店的評論

我们非常喜欢这次入住体验！度假村和海滩都非常漂亮。地理位置优越，可以欣赏到开阔的海滩和海景，而且附近没有船只或渡轮。泳池也很棒。房间宽敞干净。唯一不足的是卫生间的通风系统有点问题，所以卫生间里总是比较潮湿。早餐种类丰富，有印尼菜和西式早餐。度假村内设有餐厅，提供午餐和晚餐。工作人员非常友好热情，尤其是门童、高尔夫球车和班车司机。我们想去蒙蒂戈（Montigo）的一家餐厅用餐，他们很贴心地用高尔夫球车把我们送到度假村外。度假村距离名古屋市仅需30-40分钟车程。

Third time to visit and I love this place. Great for families with toddlers. Staffs are very nice and accomodating, from receptionist to food servers to housekeeping. Great people.

房間衞生乾淨，兩面環海，陽台上面吹着風很舒服，附近配套設施很齊全，下樓就有飯，本地菜做的挺不錯，服務很到位，有問題基本都能及時解決

Decent resort with amenities and all, for a quick getaway this resort works just fine. You can grab in food if room service options dont fancy you. Only downside is it's about 50 mins by car from batam centre ferry terminal and city centre shopping area. Breakfast was quite disappointing because this is smth many look forward to in a getaway. Options were little. Service and hospitality was amazing ✌🏽

รวมๆเเล้ว โรงเเรมดีมาก ถูกเเละดี สะอาด พนักงานมีมารยาทมาก โรงเเรมมีหาดส่วนตัว หาดทรายสะอาด น้ำใส ภายในล็อบบี้โรงเเรมมีกิจกรรมเเละการเเสดงให้ดูตลอด บรรยากาศดีมาก เเละในโรงเเรมมีร้านขายของที่ระลึกของอินโดนีเซีย รวมๆเเล้วโรงเเรมนี้ดีมาก เเนะนำ , ข้อเสียคือถ้านั่งเรือมาลงที่ท่าเรือbatam center จะค่อนข้างไกลจากโรงเเรม ต้องนั่งรถเเท๊กซี่จากท่าเรือมาโรงเเรมใช้เวลา30-40นาที, เเต่ถ้าลงท่าเรือ Nongsapura จะมีรถของโรงเเรมมารับส่งฟรี

Service is good. Swimming pool is good. Location js about 30min from batam centre ferry terminal, if traffic is good. Seaview is fair. However, cleanness needs to be improved. The bed sheet has stains. Breakfast is mostly local style and a bit of western style. Overall a bit limited in breakfast options.

Our 2nd time patronising this resort and it feels nostalgic coming back after Covid. Staffs were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Many amenities and great place to stay with families with small children. Location wise is far from town so this is definitely a place to stay if you do not have plans to shop.

我們週六去的，房間已經訂滿了。我們預訂的特大床房沒訂到。第二天的早餐也有點混亂，因為飯店很難安排同時入住的客人。我們不得不在外面等了一會兒才有位子。 工作人員友好熱情。設施齊全。房間乾淨整潔。 飯店前的施工稍微遮擋了我們的海景，海景距離酒店有10分鐘的路程。雖然我們能從海景房看到大海，但景色不太好。 附註：奎籠海鮮餐廳不太好。食物難吃極了。

酒店距沙灉就幾百米，海景房景觀非常好，wifi speed錯，位置有些偏遠，周遭吃的什麼也木有，只能在酒店解決

Clean and spacious room. Requested for queen bed but was given twin instead. However, staff joined the beds for us real fast. So service good. A distance away from town. No complimentary shuttle to malls. Lounge has live music and magic show after 8pm. Great for those who just wana stay by the beach.

我們在巴淡島海灘景觀度假村度過了非常愉快的時光。從入口到客房服務人員，每個人都面帶微笑，熱情地迎接我們！

The hotel everything is chargeable even asking to decorate the room

It’s our first trip to this resort and we are really impressed with the place. There is a free transfer from nongsapura ferry terminal to the hotel even when we arrived on the last ferry. All the hotel staffs we met are friendly and helpful even though some of them do not speak/understand english very well. We booked the room with sea view and the view is beautiful. Lounge has live band till 12 midnight as well. There’s also room service for food till 9pm and the food is nice. The complimentary breakfast spread is not too bad as well. We will definitely come again. My emails to them are also replied promptly.

We spent 2 nights here for fishing and got a water villa to fish from the balcony. got a few tiny fish but guess the area is too rocky,  the line always got stuck and broken, not so fun fishing from the villa. AC in the room didn't work properly, called maintenance a few times but it didn't resolve, plus point we got a nice sea view from the room and the staff were friendly and helpful.
