馬恩河谷宜必思快捷飯店(Ibis Budget Marne la Vallée)

Guests are giving rooms right next to eachother while the rest of the hotel is empty. A small child was waking up our child and vice versa. People where slamming their doors al the time. The room was dirty and there was mold in al the kitwork/baseboards. On top of everything, the firealarm went off at 03:00 AM for over fifteen minutes. No apology whatsoever. The showerhead was broken.

We wanted a clean, budget hotel relatively close to Disney with a car park suitable for a van and that’s what we got! Perfect.

Budget doesn’t necessarily mean poorly maintained. When the toilet seat has turn yellow and the anti-slip *****s on the stairs are mostly missing, something is going wrong.

The property was doing the renovation during our stay and we smelt the paint. There was no elevator in the building. Other than that the hotel in general worths the price.

Good fresh continental breakfast everyday. Hot water for showers was plentiful. Location was good for Disney. Room walls were visibly dirty in serval places with makeup and dust. Shower had mildewed grout. Room AC/fan wouldn’t cool and windows didn’t have screens so mosquito’s came in during the night. Our room was near the entrance so it was also loud during the nights from people talking/cars and cigarette smoke came in. Mattress was hard as a rock and uncomfortable. Worlds smallest pillows were provided. Would not stay again.

Calme au niveau des chambres, mais très mauvaise isolation vers l'extérieur. Réveil tous les matins à 5h. Lumière qui fait un bruit de crépitement et à une odeur de brulé. Petit déjeuner dont il faut en permanence redemander des cuillères, du jus d'orange, ... Très bien situé, des restaurants au besoin autour et parking très pratique.

Die Unterkunft war ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit leider leicht schimmelnden Bädern. Die Möbel und Fußleisten sind leider sehr abgerockt. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer sauber gewesen. Das Personal konnte leider kaum Englisch und schien mein Französisch nicht zu verstehen wollen. Das Frühstück war okay. Die Busanbindung war gut

Je suis arrivé sur place le soir de ma réservation et aucune chambre de disponible. Visiblement il y a eu un problème entre ********* et cet hôtel. Le réceptionniste n'a pas chercher a me trouver une solution...... Heureusement un client est parti plus tôt que prévu sur la date de fin de son séjour, sinon à part dormir dans la voiture, je ne sais pas ce que j'aurais fait !!

La réception ose ouvrir la porte de ma chambre à 23 heures alors que je dormais. Sous prétexte qu’il y avait peut-être une erreur sur l’attribution de chambre !!!
