Deepak front office staff is cheap and unprofessional he used false language rude tone with guest with zero communication skills, this purely a old methodology operated Hotel staff is also unprofessional - Trust deepak deserve to be out of this property I have video of him as well.Request GM see his attitude and communication

My stay at Fortune Noida - Member ITC hotels' group was absolutely outstanding. From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout, every detail was thoughtfully curated. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well designed, offering great views and amenities. Mr. Parihar was warm and friendly. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience. The head chef chef Lb Sharma ji and Kunal ji F & B Manager had curated an elaborate and scrumptious meal layout catering to every guest’s pallet, for all the days we stayed with Fortune. The dining options were exquisite. The hotel's location was perfect, making travelling convenient. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. We have much to thank Amit Parihar Ji Sr Sales Manager who looked into all the minute details. Ms. Meenakshi Rai Sikand had planned and implemented a unique, stunning and vibrant layout for the hotel during our event and stay. Great hotel experience, would visit again.
