諾伊達麗筠飯店(Radisson Noida)

The hotel room was nice and very spacious. The food was average and breakfast was often not ready at the opening time. I had random knocks on my door by staff for no reason. One at 2am and another the same morning at 8am. Neither was wanted! I found the security guards outside to be more friendly than the staff inside! It was not what you would expect from a Radisson.

Thanks to team housekeeping & front office they give me a room upgrade in business suite special thanks to ***ish & floor ***ager Anuj . Stay is super perfect & room was so spacious. Tgkf kabab was very tasty thanks chef to give a best food here 😋

The Radisson Noida, is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It was extremely clean, organized, and well-***aged. The staff was very hospitable and friendly and made us feel very welcome. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Special Thanks to Mr Anuj and Chef ( TCK) for the amazing arrangements in a short time. The ambiance of the hotel is quite good and the best part is not too much crowdy. I would love to stay again in the Radisson Noida.

Stay was comfortable, And room cleaning is very nice specially thanks to Anuj housekeeping ***ager overall staff is very attentive . They always available to helping the request & delivering on time shyam from hk is always keep my room clean. Thanks fir taking care our room we will come back soon here

AC wasn't working almost for my complete stay. On bringing this to attention of duty ***ager, he wasn't very helpful & instead he said it happens kind of justification. I wasn't able to sleep whole night, when i complained him the technician fixed it but again after sometime same issue arised. Duty ***ager weren't helpful at all even after bringing to his notice. He was unattentive & lacks compassion against customer agaony. He was like chalta hai attitude if one client is dissatisfied its ok i can have other client. It really doesn't justify 15K per night with such non working room conditions. When we spend money we need value for money. Checking the room & making sure everything is working so that client can conduct business smoothly.
