Your vacation begins the moment you walk in the front door of this newly built lake house and See the water through all the windows and doors facing the lake!Grab your favorite beverage and sit on the back porch and watch the sunset while the kids play on the sandy private beach. Enjoy your evenings around the campfire close by the water. The kitchen, dining and living room all connect together for an open concept hang out space.This is the perfect gathering place relax and to make lasting memories with family and friends.There is a master bedroom on the main floor with a king bed and an en suite.2nd Floor has Four bedrooms and two of the bedrooms have lake views. Relax in the living room with awesome lake views and watch the big game on Dish Tv! You will love this relaxing getaway from this busy world. High speed internet is also provided. The property is equipped with exterior security cameras. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent. No cameras are placed inside or with any view of the inside.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties.Maximum event attendees: 16.
