During my stay the standout feature was undoubtedly the exceptional staff, with Mr. Riyaz deserving a special mention for his outstanding service. On the downside, the rooms fell short of expectations.they were functional, but lack of certain amenities or perhaps a need for refurbishment contributed to a less-than-optimal stay. The decor and furnishings might benefit from an update. Despite the room-related setbacks, the hotel's prime location and the warmth of the staff, particularly Mr. Riyaz, still made it a memorable stay.

Pros - The Tag of ITC Hotels makes it a popular choice for travellers . Food is excellent. The Earthern Oven Restaurant has authentic Peshawari and Tandoori food. The Chinar Restaurant is awesome with good view of the lawns and serves breakfast and buffet meals. Mr Riyaz, Mr Mushtaq , Ms Ifra , Mr Uzair, Mr Javed are exceptional in their duties. There is an awesome gym with top class equipment. Badminton lawn, Table Tennis room, Spa are some hidden gems. Cons- The rooms are not at all upto ITC standards. The rugs and rooms stink at times. Musty odor in rooms. I took Fortune Executive Club rooms , hoping them to be better than basic rooms. However these were not upto the mark. King beds are lacking. All are queen sized beds. Extra bedding is a sofa cum bed which is uncomfortable. It's 20km from the Srinagar Airport however the travel time is 1 hour to 2 hours depending upon traffic which is usually there. The hotel doesn't serve liquor . I think no hotel in Kashmir serves liquor . So come prepared.

The staff was polite and were ready to serve politely.the food was also great and ambience was amazing.this resort is a must stay in Sri nagar. The wheather was also great. There were also activities to keep us entertain throughout our stay.

The fortune heevan resort was very comfortable and pleasant during our Kashmir trip. The rooms are well furnished with best bath amenities and temperature control measures in the rooms. Staffs were very helpfull. Dining facility is excellent with courteous staffs specially to be mentioned Javed, Shugufta and Mr Riyaz. The Gym facility is very good and activities like TT and outdoor badminton are also available. Only thing that can disappoint you is that during rain you have to get wet while going out to restaurant or reception or gym/ Spa as there is no covered walkway. Laundry facility is very good.

The stay in the Fortune Resort Heevan had been excellent and the services of Zubair, Javid and Ma’m Shagufta had been excellent . And the effort put forward by the housekeeper Ashfaq is praiseworthy. They are all courteous, friendly and warm with guests. Would love to come back here again and again. Experience with the staff is amazingly warm. Had a very friendly and warm experience.

The hotel is perfect. Very close to Dal, neat and clean and have a garden which a lovely place to sit. I went in April and had my breakfast in open there. The food is awesome and the staff is very very polite and gentle. Special thanks to Riyaz, Zubair and Shagufta for their hospitality

The hotel is in a good location and rated as a 4 star. However some of the rooms are sub-par. We spent the first night in the club room which was nice , however had to live to the deluxe room for the next two . These rooms are not nice . They need a lot of upgrades. No slippers, seedy looking furniture, uncomfortable beds, water sputtered from the taps instead of flowing smoothly. The food was average . Having said that the service staff were excellent . Very courteous , warm and attentive . This included the breakfast as well as the dinner staff and the housekeeping staff A special call out to Abid and his team . If you stay at this hotel , make sure you take the club room - especially since the price difference is not significant .

Nice property. Good food. Coffee shop staff was very helpful specially Javed and Zubair . Main Chef also was very courteous and was taking care of all guests. I repeat, javed and Zubair were very good. Since we ate in coffee shoo only, can comment upon that only. House keeping service was also very prompt.

Excellent stay, service and people. Enjoyed staying with the family. Great confort including food. Thanks to Mr Zubair and Latif for providing good services while we stayed for vaccations here. Good luck to the team over here. Thanks and good wishes to the team. Regards, Reetesh
