Fantastic place and ambience and great service . Shahufta and Riyaz were amazing and so pleasant. The food is incredible, the best Rogan Josh I've ever had. The staff is very friendly. The facilities are good, where you can exercise and play as a family... and above all it is very clean. Muchas gracias

Excellent stay & staff at itc fortune resort heevan. Thanks to Mr. Riyaz, restaurant supervisor for taking care of us well for all our needs at restaurant. He made sure we feel very comfortable. Thank you to shagufta, shameena for being very helpful and a very good cordial staff. Special mention to çhef darshan for delicious food and varieties. Highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant.

Stay at hotel was heartwarming.Staff were courteous ready ta assist. Restaurant staff especially Riyaz were very prompt, helpful and polite.Overall it was exceptional experience. Food served was delicious n service was very prompt. Hotel is very beautiful.

Best service and good food. Awesome place, and very helpful behaviour of staffs.Excellent! Delicious food, fresh ingredients, and a cozy ambiance. The service was quick and the staff very polite. Perfect place to dine with family or friends. Would love to visit again!

We were there for three nights. Our room no was 112. Washroom was stinking. I complained every time but they send housekeeping staff. He was using R5 chemical as a room freshner back to back in washroom as well as room also. Problem persist every time. Even excess use of R5 chemical we feel suffocated in room. My husband was suffering to breathe but still they don't have any solution. When i demanded to change my room, reception boy told, no room is available in hotel. My experience was very very bad. 13th april my husband birthday, it also went very bad becoz of these mess. I am also attaching the pic of housekeeping staff. I booked this hotel only to see the " ITC " brand. I am member of ITC group and big fan of ITC hospility. I was paying here heavy amount as ITC brand but they don't deserve to have ITC brand. I want that 'ITC' look out my issue. We couldn't expect these hospility from ITC. Regards Priya neotia

Overall good hospitality and food. Riyaz and his team really served us very well and provided detailing of each and every kashmiri food. Food maid by Executive Shef Kundan was awesome. Overall great to be in hotel. Thanks Riyaz appreciated!

We had the most memorable stay at Fortune Heevan. The GM Mr Irfa took care of us personally and went out of his was to make us comfortable. Mr Riyaz in the restaurant was excellent with his service. His hospitality is top notch. He served us with all his heart. The entire team was very good and went that extra mile to take care of us. Thank you so much for everything. We are sure to be back.
