Excellent hospitality by all the team. Specially the Riyaz bhai the restaurant incharge. Excellent food taste by chief darshan lal. And not neglecting the other staff, but surely every staff member is very good, professional and best at their job. Loved the experience, would visit again.

Fantastic place and ambience and great service . Shahufta and Riyaz were amazing and so pleasant. The food is incredible, the best Rogan Josh I've ever had. The staff is very friendly. My visit to Fortune Resort Heevan in Srinagar was a truly delightful experience. The warmth and professionalism extended by the team left a lasting impression. A very special thanks to Chef Darshan Ji and Mr Riyaz for curating an exquisite Kashmiri culinary experience. We stayed for two nights at Fortune Resort Heevan in Srinagar. It was a pleasant stay. We had booked deluxe suites, which were complimentary upgraded to presidential suites. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the service was prompt. The service staff were cooperative and courteous. The breakfast served was excellent. We would especially like to mention Chef Darshan Lal, who prepared special items we requested during breakfast. The front desk staff—Uzer, Mr. Wasim, and Mr. Bhim—were also very supportive and helpful. Overall, our stay at this property was excellent.
