Apartment I is 120 m² and has three bedrooms, two double beds and two single beds. Kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need in a kitchen. Bathroom with a shower. The large room is 40 m² and is divided into dining and living space.
Caution ! The lower port of the new boat lift will be built and the excavator ballet will probably accompany us with its background noise until the end of 2019.
The large apartment can also be used for seminars and workshops. For this we ask for prior arrangement.
We decided not to set up a TV, but WiFi is naturally available.
In 2010 we moved from Berlin-Mitte to Niederfinow. For a long time we have been looking for an object that makes us shine. Here is the cheesy calm that we have been longing for.
Our house was built in 1879 by the imperial water and shipping authority. At the beginning of the 1920s, the staircase on the right plus one floor was built. 1936 Extension of the left staircase. 1976 Extension of the bath houses behind the stairwells. First modernization 1994 roof, electrics, heating. Second modernization ongoing from 2010: exterior plastering, terrace construction, bathroom renovation, interior renovation, heating. Reconstruction of the walls with swamp lime, preservation of the floorboards. No furnishings from the usual furniture stores.
We live and work on the first floor with bitch Luna Hunde Dogs are definitely allowed.
Every day we are touched that we can live here in this beautiful place, in this special landscape.
There are two apartments. All of the walls in the apartments are limed, although slight lime abrasion is also possible. All boards are sanded. All drywall and laminate etc. was dispensed with.

Superidyllische Lage, viel Platz
Check-in unproblematisch, Gastgeber per Mobilnummer vorher kontaktieren!Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, davon zwei mit Doppelbetten (sehr gute Matratzen) und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten, dazu ein Wohnzimmer und ein Esszimmer mit rieseigem Tisch und einem Buffetschrank (samt Goldrandgeschirr/ Silberbesteck). Die alten Fußböden sind Fichte/ Kiefer, abgeschliffen, die Wände der hohen Räume gekälkt. Es gibt keinen Fernseher und kein Radio.Die Küchenausstattung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig - irgendwie alles da bis hin zum Kaffeeautomaten, irgendwie auch alles zusammengesucht und zusammengebastelt. Es gibt eine Art Speisekammer, in der Töpfe und Ähnliches zu finden sind. Es fehlt ein ordnendes Konzept, schon eine vernünftige Arbeitsplatte und ein Unterschrank könnten helfen.Die E-Installation ist etwas abenteuerlich - an vielen Steckdosen hängen Dreiersteckdosen, um für alle Geräte Anschlussmöglichkeiten herzustellen.***Die Lage am alten (nicht oder kaum genutzten) Kanal ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch; Kraniche, Fisch- und Seeadler, Sörche, Rot- und Schwarzmilane, Eisvögel, Neuntöter und Pirole gehören zum ornithologischen Standardprogramm.***Das Grundstück wirkt etwas ungepflegt, die sandigen Böden und die vorangegangene Trockenperiode waren aber auch herausfordernd.***Die Gastgeber/ Eigentümer wohnen über der Wohnung, die etwas trittschallempfindlich sind. Beide sind superfreundlich und hilfsbereit.Danke.

Huis staat op een prachtige locatie in Niederfinow. Als je van de natuur houdt kun je hier je hart ophalen. Wij 4 volwassenen met hond zagen in onze vakantie reeën , kraanvogels en onder andere de Wielewaal. Huis ligt niet ver van een grote scheepslift,zeer de moeite waard om te bekijken. Ook de Europabrug naar Polen , het klooster en een oude militaire basis zijn de moeite waard. Tatjana en Martin wonen boven , zij zijn heel gastvrij.

Abseits des Trubel, pure Natur
Nochmals vielen Dank an Tatjana und Martin für den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Domizil war so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben bzw. so wie es im Inserat stand. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Wer Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und pure Natur mag ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Traumhafte Zeit in Niederfinow
Herzlichen Dank an Tatjana und Martin,
das schön renovierte alte Haus, die herzliche Gastfreundschaft, die fast unberührte Natur, die Ruhe und der sanft dahinfließende Finowkanal - all das hat uns einen erholsamen Urlaub beschert.
