薩沃伊奧斯曼宮(The Savoy Ottoman Palace)

Resopsiyon da ki çalışan Hüseyinodamızı beklememizden dolayı otelin en iyi odası isterseniz başka oda verebilirim dedi.odamız havuz ve WC manzaralı,otel çalışanlarının son derece gürültülü yaptığı,kaloriferin çalışmadığı(burnum buz gibiydi)örümcek ağların oluştuğu bir odaydı.En iyi oda buysa diğerlerinden şüphe duyuyorum.Bu arada Restaurant çalışanları karşılamadan aşçısına,garsonuna son derece güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi.

Savoy merkezi konumda çok başarılı bir hotel. Odalar ***et temiz ve konforlu ****** çok başarılı. Topkapı restaurant manzarasıyla ve sunduğu yemekleriyle harika. Personel çok ilgili ve alakalı özellikle Kasiyer Nurda, Aşçı Cuma Ali usta ve Hikmet hepsi çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever sadece bu personeller için bu hotele bir daha gelinir. Teşekkürler Savoy.

Lokasyon olarak zaten çok ideal bir konumda. Girne’nin çarşısına,kalesine, limanına yürüme mesafesinde. Yemekler gerçekten tek kelime ile harika anne yemekleri, çok lezzetli her şey, usta şeflerin güler yüzleri ile yaptıkları yemekleri servis yapmaları ayrıca güzel kıldı bu güzel yemekleri, Cemali usta sana ayrıca teşekkürler, Osmanlı mutfağı müdürü Hikmet hanım size de, çok memnun kaldık, çok memnun ayrılıyoruz. Ayrıca yastıkları ve yatakları çok çok konforlu, tekrar geleceğimiz otel oldu, herkese teşekkürler, iyi çalışmalar..

Bir turizm emekçisi olarak kimsenin hakkını yemek istemem ama burası bu rezil servis anlayışı ile kesinlikle hak ediyor.Geldiğimiz gün Saat 15:30 da odanız yoğunluktan dolayı hazır değil dediler ,biz de valizleri gösterdik ve Girne’yi gezmeye çıktık,ama gece saat 12:00 gibi odaya çıktık ve valizler odada yoktu.Biz de resepsiyonu arayarak valizleri odaya istedik.Ama uzun süre bekledik gelmedi ve gelen valizler bizim değildi.Resepsiyona inip valizlerimizi kendimiz alıp odaya götürdük.Bu kadar rezil bir otel anlayışı için bu yorumu yaptım.İşini iyi yapanların kıymetini bilmek gerekir ama burası asla o kategoride değil

We were offered a room with half board here as our original booking on Bellapais was not properly in season. The room was comfortable, super comfy beds. Lovely staff and the food for breakfast and dinner was excellent, the best and biggest selection of salads, cheese, olives pastries etc. alongside the main offerings. The best pastries I have had for a very long time. The manager Didem, Hussein on the front desk and Mrs Ozcan were all very helpful. Amazing value. We don't recognise the hotel from some of the negative reviews here.

The room was nice but the door handle in bathroom was broken. The door at the bottom was split. The balcony had damage on there too. The mini bar isn’t free and there is no price list you had to ring to find out how much everything was. There is room service but no menu you have to ring for them to bring it up that took a while. When the food did come it was nice. The rooms weren’t getting cleaned properly. There was a staple on the floor and stuck into my foot, not even sure how that got there. The breakfast was ok more continental style. I have an allergy and nothing was even labelled to say what it was never mind any allergy on there. E.g cake was just called *cake* nothing specific.

Horrible hotel Once you enter the hotel and all the way through the hotel wherever you go, a horrible cigarette smell will greet you. The gave us the room 332 which the balcony was closed under construction. The bathroom was very poor, after the shower all the water would spill out due to holes on the wall. After, lunch unfortunately, we weren’t able to open the door of our room due to some archaic system they have….. changing the cards and waiting for an hour for maintenance to come we requested for a room change. We moved to 409, unfortunately the room did not have cups, mugs or a kettle, we requested them but only received after 3 hours. We had breakfast and dinner, the options were limited especially during dinner, it was tasteless. Thank you Bris (Receptionist), Mert (Bell Boy), Leila (Restaurant) and Yasin (Restaurant) you were professional and very kind.

Beautiful suite, all the toys! Jacuzzi bath. Very clean and comfortable. Great bar prices, food delicious. Loads of free stuff at the ******, pool perfect. Altogether a really nice place to be, highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel, everything about it was amazing, room beautiful, bedding superb and all the staff were extremely friendly and nice. The breakfast was absolutely superb with everything including a chocolate fountain and chocolate toffee apples, can’t wait to stay there again but for longer.
