前台的先生女士服務都很好,餐廳的服務也非常棒,房間服務非常到位。

就在老城區的邊緣,步行去老城區的主要經典和主商業街都很方便。早餐非常簡單,就是烤麪包、培根、煎蛋、火腿腸、酸奶等。但管飽。是那種很久以前的奢華酒店,現在是沒落貴族,入住有點懷舊的感覺。酒店前面有停車場

It’s close to the bus station and border so it’s great. But I think the hotel and room itself are a little outdated.

El hotel está excelentemente ubicado en el centro de la ciudad. Tiene muy buen desayuno y muy variado. Las habitaciones son limpias, muy tranquilo. Los conserjes muy serviciales, nos arreglaron todo para alquiler del auto, taxi del aeropuerto, etc. El cruce de la frontera (veníamos desde el aeropuerto de Ercan) fue muy fácil, sólo pidieron pasaportes, a mi además otro documento no sé porqué, o sea conviene traerse otro documento de identidad.

Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά προσωπικού Βρόμικο δωμάτιο Διαλυμένο εσωτερικό Ζήτησα εκτύπωση κάρτας επιβίβασης και μου το αρνήθηκαν Έκανα κράτηση για 3 δίκλινα 5 βραδιά και μου ζήτησαν 40€ γιατί δεν άδειασα έγκαιρα το δωμάτιο Μου είπαν ψέματα οτι με πήραν τηλ ΜΗΝ ΠΑΤΕ ΓΙΑ ΚΑΝΕΝΑ ΛΟΓΟ

I almost never review things online because the reviewing system itself is inherently unfair and often abused by people. However, people need to be warned about this terrible place. The management of Castelli Hotel is either totally non-responsive or argumentative when there is an issue. They prefer to gouge people rather than make things right. I e-mailed and called over and over without proper responses. You don't want to be in a position where you would need these folks to offer you any assistance. Completely anti-customer approach. While the hotel seems nice enough to stay in depending on what you are looking for, dealing with the owner and manager was really terrible and not typical of what you would find anywhere else in the world -- and this is coming from someone who has traveled a lot.

Some positives, first: a decent location in the centre of the city. Relatively cheap A friendly welcome. Decent internet connection. Room OK in terms of size and cleanliness. But, as others have said, it's very basic. Their website describes rooms as "elegant" and "exquisite", and that's simply untrue: they've not been decorated in years and are incredibly tired. Not recommended.

Do not expect a safe private parking place, it does not exist at the hotel. Problem is that on *********** the hotel promise private safe parking. I wanted to book this facility, and it was rejected then. I was told that I can cancel the booking if I want, but they did not inform me that, they will charge 100% cancelation fee ( over 300 € ) I was charged. ! I had to put massive pressure on the hotel via *********** to get my money back. Cannot recommmed this Hotel at all.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ σκονισμένο, μύριζε κλεισούρα. Στο μπάνιο δεν δουλεύει ο εξαερισμός έκανε παρά πολύ θόρυβο, η τηλεόραση δεν δουλεύει, ένα μπουκάλι νερό στο ψυγείο δεν είχε, ένα χαρτομάντιλο ούτε για δείγμα. Είπαμε οκ θα περασουμε για μια νύχτα, ξαφνικά όμως σαν καθόμασταν σχεδόν γυμνοί κάποιος άνοιξε την πόρτα γιατί του είχαν δώσει την κάρτα από την υποδοχή!! Πήγα κάτω αμέσως η κοπέλα είχε κάνει λάθος δεν κατάλαβα το σύστημα έλεγε ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν ελεύθερο, μου έλεγε πως μπήκα σε λάθος δωμάτιο κ έπρεπε να της δείξω ότι ο αριθμός δωματίου ήταν ο σωστός. Απαράδεκτο λάθος, δεν αξίζει ούτε τα λεφτά του το ξενοδοχείο θέλει ανακαινίση. Το χαλί μυρίζει!! Πολύ παρά πολύ κακή εμπειρία. Καλύτερα να την έβγαζα στο αυτοκίνητο

I originally posted this on google, but it the owner seems to have flagged it. Read to understand why. I post this so others don’t have to experience what I did at this awful hotel. First and foremost: **THIS IS NOT A SAFE HOTEL**. I’m a well built man and I felt threatened and intimidated - see further. A dispute over a 20 euro phone bill apparently justifies the manager in using threats, assault and damage of property (I had my backpack ripped after the manager tried to grab me and physically assault me). I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and never had a fist raised at me like I have here. No amount of money justifies this, especially not a measly 20 euros. The manager is a greasy ****, and there’s a nicer hotel literally next door if you’re after the location. ————— In all my years of traveling, I can say with certainty this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. 1. The room was dirty on arrival, with rubbish on the floor, including somebody’s tissue (as pictured). 2. The aircon was absolutely useless, and if anything seemed to make an already hot room hotter. The balcony door was stuck shut and couldn’t open. 3. No hot water - not as much of an issue in summer, but you still feel dirty and unclean. 4. Staff were not only rude and unhelpful, but seem to treat payings guests with complete disdain. I got into a situation with my bank where I couldn’t access my money, and the man at the counter, when trying to use the phone to call out - clearly alone and desperate and in need of help at 2:30am - was incredibly rude and dismissive, and couldn’t seem to understand or fathom the concept of customer service. Overall, a very negative impression, and I would recommend to anyone to avoid this place. Horrible, horrible customer service, poor quality.

Castelli Hotel Nicosia As a regular traveler but new to Trip Advisor , it is with deep regret that I must pen such a distressing account of my recent stay at Castelli Hotel Nicosia . My expectations, based on the establishment's reputation, were met with a stark and unsettling reality that necessitated this candid feedback. Upon arrival, my wife and I were dismayed to discover our room in a state far below acceptable standards of hygiene and comfort. The presence of bugs within the room and, most alarmingly, in the bed itself was the initial source of our discomfort. Such an oversight in cleanliness is inexcusable and immediately tainted our perception of the hotel's commitment to guest welfare. Compounding our unease was the malfunctioning heating system, which seemed fixed to a hot setting. Despite the discomfort this caused, the solution offered by the hotel staff—to simply open a window—was both impractical and dismissive, especially considering the bug situation However, the most stressing aspect of our experience was the shocking level of uncleanliness. The discovery of body hair strewn across the floor and the visible mold and filth encrusting the corners of the chairs were distressing to witness. This lack of attention to cleanliness not only raises significant health concerns but also reflects a profound disregard for guest satisfaction and well-being. In an attempt to address these issues, I reached out to the hotel management, hoping for a resolution that could salvage our experience. Unfortunately, my concerns were met with a response that was both perplexing and disheartening. While my feedback was acknowledged with thanks, the substantive issue at hand—my request for a refund due to the unsanitary conditions—was blatantly ignored. This indifference to a guest's grievances is not only unprofessional but also undermines the very essence of hospitality. It is worth noting that amidst this disappointing experience, the breakfast offered by the hotel was enjoyable, and the surrounding environment was pleasing. However, these aspects were overshadowed by the severe shortcomings in service and cleanliness. In conclusion, my experience at the Castelli Hotel was profoundly unsatisfactory. The negligence in maintaining basic standards of hygiene and the dismissive attitude towards guest concerns have compelled me to advise potential visitors to reconsider their lodging options. A hotel, irrespective of its accolades or location, is only as commendable as the experiences it provides its guests. Fair prices and facilities. Room were small, specially the bathroom. Room well cleaned. Employees are not very nice and don't explain or aid turists regarding information and services available. The breakfast is poor but the serving lady is very sympathic. Good location, near city centre and quiet at night.
