尼斯格里馬迪美居飯店(Mercure Nice Centre Grimaldi)

Posizione ottima, pulizia un pochino peggiorata rispetto a pochi mesi fa

Très bien placé pour le carnaval de Nice. Rien à redire, près de la gare de train et de tram.

L’intérêt de cet hôtel réside surtout en son emplacement pour le reste il est fidèle à la chaîne

Le réceptionniste est mal poli. Son attitude n’est pas digne d’un professionnel. L’hôtel n’a pas de service de garde de bagage des clients. Nous comprenons que le réceptionniste n’a pas voulu garder un bagage mais son langage et son attitude étaient vraiment inacceptable. En plus, la rue devant votre hôtel est le sens unique et très fréquent. Nous sommes très pressés de garer dans les places réservées de l’hôtel pour libérer le trafic mais il nous a reproché et nous a demandé de lui demandé tout d’abord. C’est une une vengeance pour nous, vos clients quand nous ne sommes pas contents de son attitude mal poli, non-professionnel. Nous sommes professionnels en tourisme. Ça nous a choqué. Dommage pour un hôtel Mercure au centre ville.

The room is not as on the pictures on **********. It feels like you live in a storage. You don't have surface space for anything, very cramped, poor and poor with EVERYTHING, bad planning, wardrobes doors open against curtains and windows, nothing further to use wardrobes! 2 paper cups in the room - that's ALL there was, no hygiene items except soap and shower gel at all. We had to live among suitcases for 3 days. See pictures. This is not 4 stars hotel. It’s a rat trap. But must give good marks to the location, breakfast and the staff who are kind and service oriented.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a vários restaurantes e a uma pequena caminhada da estação de trem e da praia. Quarto de tamanho razoável, mas mal dividido, com frigobar e secador de cabelos. Banheiro um pouco pequeno e sem box completo. Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. O café da manhã não estava incluso e achei um pouco caro para pagar a parte (cerca de 20 euros por dia, por pessoa). Água potável disponível a qualquer hora para encher as garrafas

During our stay our bedlinen was changed and my MP3 player, which I had left on top of the bed, was accidentality sent to the laundry. I do not blame anyone for this accident. I left my details so that it could be returned if it was found. I emailed the hotel twice in order to get an update. My emails went unanswered and it was not until I contacted ******* that I received a response. I was surprised to learn that the hotel blamed me for the loss because I had left it on top of the bed and I had not reported it missing until the following day. (I didn’t immediately notice it was missing.) Finally, I was wrongly accused of suggesting that the hotel staff were untrustworthy. My request for a small contribution towards the cost of a new MP3 player was ignored. The hotel was completely dismissive of my loss.
