Equipped with air conditioning. Only one minute from the main shopping avenue and tram line and only 5 minutes' walk to the famous old town, its fresh produce market, and the beach. IRONMAN suitable, close to promenade des Anglais, and convention centre is easy to reach by tramway. Train station 10mn walk IMPORTANT You will received all informations regarding your arrival, 3 days previous your arrival, it's automatically send by the website. The owner of the apartment is a genius hahato me, every corner had its own story and kudos to the architect...I would not recommend it to people who are larger because it will be difficult for them to go to the bathroom and use the shower.the kitchen is perfect!We stayed for 8 nights and we literally couldn't get rid of the mosquitoes, that's the only thing that bothered us..we got more than 10 bites each of us hahaThe location is the best, you are in the center and yet there is no noise.. I would come again!

Nice 02.09. - 13.09.2024 Apartment is very good located, very nice and cosy with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I had a great time in Nice and will definitely book the location again for my next visit in Nice.

Great place to stay in Nice Fabulous property, exactly as shown on pictures! 2 of us stayed here for the Ironman World Championships. Location is 5 min walk to Registration & Expo & 7 min walk to the bike check in & start on the morning. Location is really close to tram stop from/to airport

This apartment is in a great location with easy access to the beach and shops. However, I would not recommend this for a stay longer than 2 days. The apartment is very small (shower is very tiny, and toilet area as well). The host only gave one set of towels for our entire week stay which is unacceptable given there is no washer or dryer in the unit.

Wonderful stay, plus great location! Our place was as described online and in the photos. It was our nice cozy place for two weeks and the AC worked great for the Nice heat wave while we were there. We were close (walking distance) to the promenade, beach, tram stations, grocery stores, the mall and the Nice-Ville train station. Only word of warning - if you are over 5 feet tall, watch out for the corners in the room! Since it's a rooftop room, some parts of the room slope downwards, so watch your head and duck when needed.

Great location Apartment is well taken care of and clean. The apartment is located around great shopping, restaurants, and walking distance to the beach! Also a bonus that it has air conditioning :)

great solo trip in nice I had a great time at the property. It's a great space for 1 person but def enough room for 2 as well. Great area and easy to get around.

Had a very nice stay! The location of the appartment is great. Jean Medicien is 2 min away, the beach is about 5 min walk, you have a lot of trams and bus connections near. The toilet is a little bit small, but you‘ll get used to it:-)
