Station of blue bikes and blue cars at the foot of the building. This 40 m2 crossing rental has a 20 m2 terrace and a 10 m2 balcony. It has been completely renovated and has reversible air conditioning. The fact of being on the top floor (6th floor) makes this rental very quiet and little affected by noise from the street. We even have internet access to make you feel at home! Possibility of parking in the building on request. Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage, direkt in der Altstadt, aber trotzdem nicht laut. Die Terrassen vorne und hinten sind toll, da man je nach Wunsch, immer Sonne oder Schatten hat. Auch gut ist der Parkplatz, da es in der Stadt sonst sicher ein Problem gewesen wäre. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es, da die Möbel schon stark abgenutzt sind und die Reinigung etwas besser sein könnte. Aber alles in allem haben wir und sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Wohnung. Kommunikation und Checkin waren Prima. Die beiden Dachterrassen haben uns besonders gefallen. Lage war auch super. Viele Cafes und Restaurants vor der Tür. Kurze Wege zur Altstadt und zum Strand war es auch nicht weit.

Nettes Appartement mit zwei schönen Balkonen
Der Aufenthalt war super, es war alles, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Guter Kontakt mit Sophie, der Gastgeberin, problemloser Check-In.
Tolle kleine zwei Zimmer-Wohnung im 6.Stock aber mit Aufzug, Klimaanlage und einem super Blick über die Dächer von Nizza. Top-zentral gelegen, Promenade und Altstadt zu Fuss in 2min.
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wurde aktuell im gesamten Treppenhaus frisch gemacht und gestrichen.

Excellent accueil pour excellent séjour
J'ai apprécié l'accueil sympathique et chaleureux de la logeuse. L'appartement avait tout pour passer un bon séjour, la double exposition avec deux terrasses est fort agréable. Le quartier est formidable pour les gourmets et ceux qui veulent boire un verre. Il y a les meilleurs restaurants, épiceries et bars. Au dernier étage, le calme est absolu. de la ville.

Séjour Octobre 2023
Appartement très bien équipé et très propre qui bénéficie d'une situation paisible. Idéalement situé à proximité des commerces, des restaurants du quartier du marée et du vieux Nice.
Cerise sur le gâteau un PARKING sécurisé.
Un accueil avec le propriétaire très agréable et un échange riche de conseils et d'informations.
Nous reviendrons... s'il reste de la dispo !!
