This was a low-cost stay but the rooms at this "hotel" were terrible. We would have been better off sleeping in our car. These are old run-down dorm rooms. The bunk beds don't even have ladders. Kitchen had no paper towels, or any plates/utensils. Hallway carpets were disgusting. The elevator has a disgusting pungent odor like BO. DO NOT STAY HERE! You'd be better off at a motel. Worst place we ever stayed.

There was a horrible smell in the building and the bed was very uncomfortable We checked and left within 5 minutes Will never be returning

I did not attend the center as it was too far away from NOL main town to get there with reasonable cost

Good location for St Catharines, Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-lake. Very clean and with a refrigerator we were able to bring a few bowls, cutlery and plates so we had our breakfasts there. Beds were comfortable.

Book somewhere else I would not recommend this hotel. Dated, smells, uncomfortable beds etc. Book somewhere else. Issues: -no light in kitchen -limited towels the size of hand towels -windows barely open which limits the ability to air out the musty smell -only two pillows as flat as pancakes -problems with room locks -worn down and broken furnishings -dirty bathroom
