The attention to detail at the property was excellent. The grounds were peaceful. The breakfast was phenomenal. The room was lacking. Not worth the money for the room itself. We couldn't get a good night's sleep. It was definitely a very small space. We felt claustrophobic. We paid for a room with Queen bed (per ******* description) and got a double instead that you could barely walk around in. Tiny room.. I would be open to their other options, but would never consider room #6 again. Everything else was great.

The best B&B!
Wonderful inn midway between NOTL and Niagara Falls. Top floor rooms 7 and 8 are perfect. Wonderful staff. My breakfast today was poached egg and duck breast over fresh greens and potato pancake. What else needs to be said?

This B&B was spacious quiet clean and staff friendly. The pre breakfast delivered to our room and the full breakfast later in the garden were chef special The location was just a short scenic drive away from the many attractions in the Niagara area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Woodbourne Inn. The best part of our stay - other than the ambiance, the breakfast, the comfortable room, and the friendly staff - was the coffee and hot chocolate with in-house made chocolate bread served to us in our room to start our day. Genius! We will be back! Thank you so much

The property itself was very nice. It was a little pricey for not being close to the main area of Niagara on the lake. I wish there was at least one breakfast option to choose from.

We, mother and daughter from Japan enjoyed every minute of our stay at Woodbourne Inn. Warm welcome, beautiful place, great breakfast, and so on. A winery with an excellent restaurant is within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay! Yvonne and the entire staff was incredibly responsive and friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the outdoor seating area was lovely. We also enjoyed the indoor game room too, such a nice touch!

The exterior and grounds need some attention! Also, small items like the availability of an ice bucket and a firepit would be nice. Also, the room picture showed a fireplace, but it did not appear to be functional.
