This is amazing hotel!! It’s better than i expected room is big and clean

The hotel was beautiful.... But we felt mislead. We knew it was near Niagara Falls but not sure if we would be able to see the falls from the hotel. We paid extra for a balcony- hoping that we could see the falls. When we checked in- we were told we were on the ground floor. Why would a balcony be on the ground floor? Because it is NOT a balcony!! It is a patio!! I would have never paid extra for a patio.... It was nice- if you were a smoker or had kids to let outside to run around. But the space was large and lovely and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic- there was something for everyone. My daughter is gluten free and there were options for her. Would stay here again- but wont pay extra for the PATIO!

This property is only about 10 minutes from all of the main attractions. Very clean , staff was professional and friendly. Was pleasantly surprised at the breakfast each morning and the 24 hour coffee station. This a solid hotel and reasonably priced considering it’s a tourist area. Definitely worth checking out and staying at.

Nothing around is within walking distance. It smells bad in the room which is a shame because the room would be large and comfortable and is also well equipped. I have trouble with wet smells and I'm really peeing. I'm Unfortunately, the washing machine is very dirty and costs 2 dollars per load (in 25 coins). The employees are trying but unfortunately not all equally motivated. Terrace very nice but unfortunately only open when the bar is open, too bad.

We came to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Our room was great. Lots of room, comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Our room was on the first floor. The only problem was the noise out in the lobby. People talking, a family at breakfast who’s children were very loud.

Nice hotel. Staff was not very friendly. There was a Cheeto on the floor when we arrived at our room. They totally missed cleaning our room one day and we had to go get our own towels and supplies. Overall the hotel was very nice but staff need to work on intrapersonal relationships.

Everything in the hotel was very clean & well maintained. Breakfast was great with a lot of hot options. The pool was beautiful. The ONLY thing - is that when it asks for a number of kids and their ages when you make a reservation, but then doesn’t seem to realize that a bathtub might be a requirement when one of those children is a one year old… that was a bit disappointing. We had a short stay & we made it work anyway, but perhaps that could be an easier option to add on at some point.
