Hotel was more of a motel not very clean. Everything very old. Shower was falling apart

While the room was in good condition, the outside area is messy. The front door states "no smoking", but the entries to the front and side doors are littered with cigarette butts discarded on the ground. On numerous ocassions, we noticed employees smoking outside and tossing butts to the ground. The exterior trash cans were overflowing and litter was in all the grassy areas.

It’s pricy, charged a 5 star hotel price … had I seen the hotel, I wouldn’t even have paid 1/4th of what they charged

The hotel was great as we had our dog with us. The room we were put in though was nice but very tight, especially with the dog on the floor.

Rooms are designed to be easy to clean, with special design touches for the traveller: place to hang clothes is close at hand together with ironing board and iron; floor is clean (and easy to clean); washroom is clean, and well -arranged elements. Comfortable, well-maintained units and facility. Would not hesitate to come back, and also recommend it to others.

This was not my first choice. Due to the Rainbow Bridge closure, I had to cancel my original reservation in St. Catharines and make a reservation here.
I chose this property because it was relatively close to the Falls. Our room, unfortunately, was not clean and the building in general was very noisy.
