酒店很好價格合理，一次很不錯的旅行！珍珠島海景房1030一晚，週末居然還降價到900多，所以這裏和內地不同不是週末就漲價反而是降價。酒店的沙灘俱樂部餐廳消費不貴很合理，兩個人吃50萬也就是人民幣150左右就夠飽了，昨天點了一條烤魷魚，250克烤蝦，6個烤生蠔，一杯咖啡一個椰青，兩份炸春捲消費150元，到7點半有打碟美女開始嗨皮模式。早餐椰特別豐富，芽莊很友好過關不用給海關小費，到處都容易遇到會説中文的越南人，溝通問題不大會點英語單詞就可以啦…總體感覺消費低享受高！

酒店位置優越，位於市中心，對麪是芽庄海灘，過了馬路就能游泳。酒店設施比較舊，房間沒有沐浴露和洗髮露，跟前台要的時候說我們訂的是公寓房，房間有什麼就用什麼，其他的需要另外收費，可我在攜程訂的是酒店豪華房。而且500元一間個人覺得不值，這個價錢在那附近可以訂好很多的酒店。

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. The hotel has a very good view and position in Nha Trang beach. I and my family enjoyed our wonderful weekend here. Services is excellent. I will came back here in the future. Hotel serve poolside BBQ with a beachfront view and the open atmophere. You can see the whole beautiful drone show event in Nha Trang Festival 2023. What a nice place!

我們訂的是套房一居室海景房，Capital One旅遊網站上的圖片顯示是圓床海景房。然而，到達後，經理（“Hoc”？ 22 年 11 月 8 日下午）試圖將我們安排在一個較低的房間裡，房間面向一棟有 2 張床並享有部分海景的大樓。當回去拒絕這個房間時 他說他的系統顯示這是我保留並支付的。我向他展示了我的預付費預訂，但顯然不是這樣。這也沒有意義，因為他的房間兩晚只需 28 美元，而我們為 1bd 海景套房的每張預訂收據支付了 68 美元。雖然預訂系統中顯然存在一些溝通不暢，但他沒有承認和尊重我的預訂文件，也沒有在後台處理供應商之間的問題，而是說我的是一個“謊言”！是的實際報價！儘管我的付款清楚地表明我無法預訂他給我安排的劣等房間。在接下來的半小時裡，我們來回走動，他升級了房型，我給他看了我預訂的房間的照片並要求那個房間。他甚至說我不能擁有那個房間，因為他們“10 分鐘前就賣光了”，也許我可以“明天再試一次，如果有的話，換房間”。然後我在手機上向他展示了 Booking.com 顯示其中 3 個房間仍然可用 - 他又說這是“謊言”！所以我在 Agoda.com 上向他展示了同樣的事實；他只是搖了搖頭。然後我打電話給 Capital One Travel，他們通過我的電話與他交談，因為他們無法到達他的國際辦公室。終於在這一切之後我得到了我支付的房間。但我對這次入住體驗並不滿意。它玷污了我們在這裡的整個住宿。也許這只是這位經理的一次過，但他的行為表明嚴重缺乏客戶服務、一般禮貌、考慮到我們支付的價格的邏輯和誠信。我們質疑酒店如何容忍這種行為，並得出結論，他必須得到管理層的支持才能採取如此激進和大膽的行動。因此，我們永遠不會再留在這裡。

We stayed in the hotel over a month and enjoyed being there every day, the hotel is very clean and close to the beach, breakfast has a lot of choices . Thanks Ms Thao for the help you gave us. Whether you are looking for a peaceful stay or an exciting vacation, the Diamond Bay Hotel is the perfect place to stay.

Honestly we had a great short stay here at the Ibis Styles in Nha Trang. At the end of the day everything is relative and you could not ask for anything more in this price bracket. The Ibis Nha Trang provides more then you pay for. Hot showers, clean comfy sheets and bed, clean room with an awesome ocean view and as Accor members we received all the extra bits and pieces including the requested later check out. All provided with a smile and attentive service. Breakfast offerings were minimal but more then enough to do the job. The Ibis is in a great spot centrally located and a short stroll to the beach although the hotel pool area is actually awesome to be honest one of the best we have experienced which was a delightful surprise. In this price bracket I highly recommend this hotel for extended stays inNha Trang and a huge shout out to Tien Duong and Ms Drep Quoc Dat front office manager, great job guys!
