오전11시쯤 체크인 해주시고 짐도 잘 맡길수 있었어요.. 위치도 중심가에 있고 작지만 수영장도 있답니다.. 욕조도 크고 침대도 크고 이금액에 진짜 강추입니다

Don't go here! We arrived in Nha Trang at 10:00 pm for a 2-night stay. The hotel was poorly lit and the only business on a dank street. Our airport transfer driver wryly commented that the hotel had recently reopened after two years. The only worker, a man in the lobby, was fast asleep on the couch when we arrived and I had to wake him up by tapping on the wall. He blearily handed us our key. Forgivable, but he did not speak English. Upstairs in our room, things were worse. The room was clearly neglected since COVID 19 measures were in place. First, lack of cleanliness - there was a foul smell near the bathroom, the scent of cigarette smoke emitting from one of the air ducts, and there was a suspiciously poop-like substance on the bathroom wall. We also found a long hair under the first layer of sheets on the bed. Second, security concerns- the balcony door did not lock, and we could somehow hear drunk people yelling in the deserted street. The last straw was a chemical stench that emitted from the shower when we turned it on. We ended up leaving this hotel after two hours and immediately booking another due to the above concerns.

Boyfriend and I arrived at about 10 at night, and the place was very dark except for a small dim light above the lobby desk. Driver laughed nervously as he dropped us off saying people haven’t stopped here in 2 years. I understand it’s difficult to reopen when you were closed for a few years; so many places are struggling with this so we tried to keep an open mind. We walked into the dark lobby and called out hello pretty loudly- nothing. Found the worker sleeping on the couch- fine, it was pretty late, okay. Knocked by his feet on the wall and he woke up and eventually helped. Didn’t speak any English but that is okay. Get to our room, and first appearance wise it looks really pretty. Quickly learned that it was deceiving. The door that opens to the balcony does not lock, so it would have to be unlocked all day, all night which made us uncomfortable. Went to the bathroom and there was a “mysterious” stain by the toilet. Tried to shower, water smelled like chlorine bleach. The smell when you first went in was pure cigarette smell. Went closer to the vent and smelled it coming out of it, which was very unpleasant. We tried to just go to the bed then, and discovered a long dark hair under the sheets that were still made. After that we left and booked into a hotel that was so much better. I can not tell people enough that are considering this place: DO NOT. I hope they get their business together and it turns around.

great hotel,lina was a great manager and very helpful and speak good english, the hotel is at a perfect location and nice swimming pool.highly recommend must visit,walkable from beach,rooms are big....
