地理位置優越，靠近大海，設施齊全。房間寬敞舒適。毛巾每日更換，床單可應要求更換。房間裡有三台空調。一切都很棒。公寓簡直太漂亮了。

Чистота: уборка каждый день,но в номере очень грязное изголовье кровати,все в волосах . Балкон ужасно грязный . Вообщем убирают очень поверхностно  Расположение: 3 минуты до пляжа ,отличное расположение !  В целом не плохой бюджетный отель.

位置非常好，入口對面就有一家很棒的咖啡館，菜色很多。步行一分鐘即可到達海灘。房間很小，他們升級了，給了我們一個更大的房間。陽台當然只是一個名字，但至少它是一個東西。樓梯上還有一個出口，從那裡可以看到市中心和大海。附近有很多咖啡館和商店。從機場步行一分鐘就可以到達飯店。可以做4天

За свои деньги отлично!

Отличные апартаменты для семьи. Не было плиты, но спустя правда сутки купили и принесли. Посуды хватает. Уборка номера после того как повесишь табличку.

Good hotel and staff, but there were some problems, as I will describe below. The hotel is very conveniently located. It stands in a small, quiet dead-end street with almost no traffic. At the same time, it is only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and the sea, and some rooms have a sea view. Another advantage is that in less than a one-minute walk you can find several cafes with good food, shops, laundries, and spa and massage salons. Also, this place is almost in the center of the European Quarter, five minutes from the Night Market and Lotus Tower. The hotel itself is not large but quite comfortable. The room met our expectations and looked like the photos. It was clean, with good beds and bedding. Cleaning and changing towels and sheets happened regularly. The quality was not perfect but still good. Every day we found a couple of bottles of drinking water, and other supplies were refreshed. The soundproofing was quite good—noise from other rooms did not bother us much, and street noise was not a problem either. For a city hotel, our room was rather quiet. The air conditioner was good, an inverter type—effective and silent. Our room had two balconies. On one, the outdoor AC unit helped dry our swimsuits with its warm air. On the other balcony, we spent time enjoying the sea, the promenade, and the beach, and sometimes watched concerts held in the square by Lotus Tower. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which was very nice! I visited the pool on the 7th floor a couple of times. It is small, but you can splash around. It was pleasant to refresh myself there after sleeping. Overall impressions of the hotel are positive. If I come to Nha Trang again, I will very likely try to stay at the same hotel. As for downsides—when we arrived there was a mix-up with our reservation. The hotel had lost our booking and was not expecting us. The room we had booked was not available. But the staff handled the situation well. They gave us another room for the first three days (a bit worse, but it was a room), and then they moved us to our reserved room. They also apologized and gave us a discount on the stay. I think the problem was solved well and I have no complaints. Best wishes to your hotel and your team! Thank you!

Đợt Lễ vừa rồi có ghé, thấy giá ngày Lễ mà cũng là quá rẻ cho 1 khách sạn gần biển. Mình đặt 1 phòng đôi để nghỉ ở đây, lúc check in thì được mấy bạn lễ tân up cho lên hạng phòng lớn hơn miễn phí, quá xá là ok. Mình nhu cầu cũng không nhiều, chỉ chủ yếu là giá cả ok và vị trí gần biển, đi bộ tính từ khách sạn ra mất tầm 3 phút là check in tháp trầm hương luôn. Phòng đối với mình ok, sạch sẽ là ưng rồi, mấy cái lặt vặt nhưng lễ tân cũng giúp nhiệt tình phết. Đề xuất mạnh cho mấy bạn ghé nha trang ha

A cute little surprise tucked right behind the Hyatt! Old world class beautifully mixed with modern hospitality and amenities! Cute little balcony is the cherry on the cake..A few yards from the beach yet away from the main toad's noise..Perfect! Excellent in all aspects!
