Excellent b&b bed was perfect the breakfast perfect cooked just as we like it We only stayed one night on our way further north but would recommend the place. Sue the host was extremely nice

Stayed over for a wedding. Good sized rooms, great location. Very friendly and made to feel at home. Great breakfast! Sue is a great host and very helpful and thoughtful.

My friend and I stayed here last night...what a bloody good find! The atmosphere is so tranquil. We were met by Sue and Gorgeous George (who totally stole Sarah's heart). We were so pleased at how welcoming, homely and comfortable the whole please was and our room was simply lovely! The pool and hottub were perfect! And to top it off brekky was beautiful. I have booked to come again in just over a week with the hubby and kids x

We stayed for 1 night but Sue accommodated our needs by letting us leave our vehicles on the premises and let us leave our belongings in our room and take our keys due to going to a family wedding near by which was greatly appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble as Ian offered to take us to the wedding venue at no extra charge which was also appreciated. Breakfast was amazing and plenty of choice too and liked how we could choose what we wanted. Room were tidy and decorated lovely. We will definitely be going back. Thank your for your 5* hospitality

A fantastic b & b. Nothing was too much trouble and Sue was the perfect hostess. A very scrummie breakfast including homemade jams and marmalade. Yummie fresh fruit salad every morning and real home from home experience. A revisit is definitely on the cards me thinks. Left there on Saturday morning feeling I had been on holiday for a few days. The bed was luxurious and very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious and include everything you could possibly need including a hairdryer which is a bonus. Set in lovely grounds with loads of outdoor furniture. Spent a fair few hours sitting outside with a cuppa in gorgeous surroundings. Added facility of outdoor pool, not used on this visit but who knows! There is nothing that can be improved in my opinion😊.

A perfect escape! We got to park the car and enjoy the sunset and quiet while soaking in the views from the hot tub. We weren’t brave enough to try the pool at the start of May but will be back in the future.
The breakfast choice amazing and Sue was very welcoming.

Newsham Farm B&B May 26
Lovely 3 day stay. Room spotlessly clean and serviced daily with clean towels, tea , cofeee etc.
Sue our hostess was amazing , very friendly and full of local knowledge. The breakfast was really lovely with plenty of options- so nice to have fresh fruit not tinned.
