Excellent Bar team Jesus managed a great team they worked tirelessly the service was impeccable. Excellent reception team, provided balloons 🎈 card and cake on my request for my partners birthday. Main restaurant service was average, Breakfast available was average expected more from a 5*, breakfast cook average not the best cooked breakfast. Beautiful views from the hotel, easy reach to the beach. Spa service excellent as we enjoyed an Indian head massage, disappointed it was so busy we were unable to book more treatments. Pool nice however no seating area around the pool as only two chairs available.

On the whole lovely hotel, with a fabulous deck over looking the beach and super restaurants, superb food and a friendly service. The rooms were disappointing, the beds were very small, although classed as double, I feel they were a continental double, so smaller than we are used to. The staff tried to be helpful and put there hands up to the problem and changed our room two of the nights. However, it meant we were in three rooms over three nights, so couldn't really settle in or unpack properly. We were grateful for the larger bed on two of the nights. Lesson, don't book an ecomony room, if you want a standard double bed or larger!

Amazing experience as usual. We stay here frequently and always have a wonderful experience. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and the hotel is extremely clean.

Great location so close to Fistral beach and within walking distance to the other beaches and town. Amazing view from the room and dining ro at breakfast. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and professional. Only negative was the window in the room couldn’t close completely which meant very cold air blowing in overnight Hotel has two 7kW ev chargers, only one was in working order while I was there. Recommend.
