Habitaciones muy antiguas y calidad precio elevada. Atención buena pero necesita una gran reforma. La piscina exterior cerrada por el tiempo, supongo. Actividades para niños entretenidas, y buena localización pero lejos de la playa andando

La situation de l'hôtel est parfaitement adaptée pour les familles avec voiture. L'hotel est vraiment fait pour les enfants tout en étant agréable pour les parents. Le restaurant est excellent. L'accueil est chaleureux et les chambres sont spacieuses.

We have been coming to the hotel as family group of some 32 years and have never ben disappointed. Excellent facilities d for all age groups. Excellent food and brilliant staff. There does not appear to be another hotel in the South West to match it.

Very satisfied with my stay, staff were excellent and helpful, lovely area of Cornwall, fabulous view looking over the sea. Would stay here again but believe it is having a referb and being turned into apartments.

Fantastic hotel, staff so friendly and helpful ! Rooms are a lovely size, and very clean, they are in need of a bit of updating especially the bathrooms.Will be interesting to see what it is like when it reopens after being taken over by Watergate Bay.

Awful I get sacked because I asked for time off and they didn’t give it to me so I didn’t go to shift and other people get let off but no not me because I get blamed for pretty everything. Terrible working space too I got treated poorly apart from rich sound man trust. But Mandy mate sort it out mate. Thanks

Great view from our room. Really comfortable bed. Delicious food for dinner. The shower was OK. Facilities were terrific. Fabulous place for families, really good for couples. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Josh! Josh!! Josh!! The best hotel staff I’ve ever met. From the booking to the arrival to our stay it was exquisite. We had a delay with our flight but Josh held it down for us at the hotel and made sure we settled in well when we finally arrived. He showed us all the hotel facilities that we could use and they were all so cool. The food was top notch, customer service was premium. Our room was so neat and well furnished. Everyone was so nice to us, ever ready to help. Our taxis was booked for our tours round the town. Omg!!! I can’t stop talking about how nice they were. This has become my holiday home whenever I'm in Newquay. Please if you love peace of mind, choose sands resort!!!! Thank you all for an amazing birthday experience. I did love my flowers🤭🥰🥰❤️….. if only they can leave drinking water in the fridge next time😂😂. But in all this hotel has my entire heart!!!!❤️❤️

A lovely break in the late summer heatwave. Fab location - albeit steep steep steps to get to the closest beach. Watergate bay is a few minutes to drive to and good beach and facilities there. The dinner at the hotel were superb and much better than I was expecting. Friendly staff and dog friendly.
