In our room the carpet was very dirty the begging of the room was wood floor in which was nice but then lead to the carpet where the bed was . They need to continue the wood floor. All hotels need wood floors for cleanliness and for good looks. The chairs in the room need updating along as the chairs by the fire places in the lounge areas the sofa need replacing as well it does not give a good look that things need so much improvement there they should take better care of there appearances if they did I would have given a five star but I can't sorry folks

Meh
This hotel needs a serious refresh. The rooms were old fashioned and drab for the price. It is a very convenient location but not sure it is worth the money peak season for what you get. The hostess at restaurant in the almost empty restaurant also told me they weren't sure they could accommodate us even though there was only two other tables of four sat in the whole restaurant.

Mia at the reception desk was super helpful throughout our stay. Such an intelligent, polite, accommodating, and pleasant person. She met all of our needs and answered all of our questions, and did so with a genuine smile. We are very grateful to her for making our stay at this hotel even better.

Comfortable rooms with perks like evening water and ice delivered to your room as well as trim down service. Restaurant has great food drinks and views. Loved our getaway.

Amazing Weekend at 41 Notth
From the moment we pulled up to the hotel the staff was warm and welcoming. The accommodations are high end with spotless well equipped rooms, a fireplace and water view. John the valet was very accommodating and always on time. We had brunch in the beautiful restaurant with the best waiter. He took care of all ten of us, and was attentive and pleasant at all
times. We had the best time and would recommend Forty One North to anyone visiting Newport.
