This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean and supplied everything we needed for cooking and BBQ’ing. The house came fully stocked with bikes and everything you need for the beach, which is just steps away. I would highly recommend staying here. The driveway was a huge bonus too!

Newport The price and quiet location were excellent! The parking spaces are definitely needed. The washer and dryer are an added bonus. There was a lot of beach stuff for our use in the garage, however, we just used the bikes (we could not get the locks to work). We did not cook, but the only consumable supplies in the kitchen were coffee filters and dish washing supplies. I really feel the place needs some love and a good cleaning. I lived on the beach for decades and understand how the salt air adds a layer of dust to things, but it was been awhile since things like portable fans, blinds (that you will want to open), floors, etc. have been cleaned. For starters, the bed was not a queen as listed, the blinds in the room where too small to cover the window, and the overhead fan did not work, etc. If you are okay with things being broken and dusty, you will love the location and the peek a view of the waves from the patio.
