Super stay, great helpful staff and Kia the maintenance man was brilliant 🤩

Stayed at Premier Inn Isle of Wight and had a really solid experience. The room was spacious, and the washroom was larger than expected, which made the stay much more comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the level of cleanliness stood out right away. It is a great choice if you value space and a well-maintained environment. Would definitely consider staying again.

We met some friends for a meal at Beefeater adjacent to the hotel and decided to stay the night. What a comfortable night it was. Beautiful river view room, spotlessly clean, so quiet with a dream bed. Charlotte the receptionist, really knows how to treat and welcome guests, she was amazing. We only live locally but the cost of cabs on the IOW are ridiculous so to stay here was perfect and a quick stagger from the Beafeater. Worth every penny

Spent 3 nights here whilst attending a family Funeral. Room Tidy bed very comfortable. 1 minor criticism TV Volume very low - especially if you are Hard of hearing. Chair not exactly the most comfortable. The ability to open the window is a definite plus in our book as we like the freash air.

The Premier Inn was clean and well laid out. The restaurant was very good with a great selection of fresh food. Most of the staff were very curious and helpful with cheery greetings. Now my “Beware “ title. When you book in make sure you record the fact that, if you’re using the car park, you record that you have registered your car, even filming it. We booked in, entered our vehicle registration and told by reception that all was okay. Next morning, parking ticket. Reception basically said it was their problem and for us to sort it ourselves but did advise us to contact the company who Premier use to appeal the ticket. It took a week to get the ticket cancelled. This situation could be made hassle free if reception staff could either double check that the procedure was correctly completed or a receipt given.

What you would expect from Premier Inn. Comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was great and restaurant Manager hard working an a great ambassador for the brand. USB charging in room is a good idea. However increasingly USB ports are moving to USB “C” rather than the “A” series and this might be something to think about going forward.

I had read some reviews and worried a bit about staying here but all was good.Friendly staff on arrival.Plenty of parking. You have to put your vehicle registration in and how many nights your staying on a computer screen.Easy checkin. We had a ground floor room round the back over looking the river. The room and bathroom were clean, seemed to have been modified.Plenty of tea, coffee and milk.Bed and pillows comfy. No air-conditioning but there was a good modern fan that we used.Breakfast was good next door at the Beefeater.Good cooked breakfast and continental.Staff very nice and helpful. We were visiting a friend,we had come over from Lancashire, stayed in quite a few Premiers and this was a good one.We were out all day as our friend took us to different places on the island, this was a good base to set off from. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel, as always, was very comfortable, clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Where we ate, formerly a Beefeater, was understaffed. There were items on the menu unavailable. Kitchen staff couldn't cook basic food items eg; Ravioli tough and chewy, basically inedible. Breakfast not up to normal Premier Inn standard. Unfortunately, under the new organisation, we will not be using Premier Inn in the future.
