Great hotel for a pet friendly hote. We will use it again near future

Hôtel propre et assez confortable pour le prix. Toutefois, les déjeuners devaient être inclus. Les deux premiers matins étaient satisfaisants, mais il ne restait plus de nourriture pour le 3e matin. Il n’y avait que tu pain. Il n’y avait plus de mélange à gaufres, plus de viande, plus de yogourts, plus de fruits. Et plutôt que d’aller acheter des choses à manger pour le clients, on nous a dit qu’il y avait eu trop de gens durant le we. Donc, le troisième matin, je ce considère pas avoir eu le déjeuner inclu.

It's astonishing how much one's opinion can change because of an interaction with any one staff!!! Last time I was totally happy with my stay, and reported the same.... However, this time I was totally overwhelmed by the lack of professionalism and enthusiasm from the front desk lady, who seemed to be interrogating us, rather than welcoming us with smiles!!! She was very rude, and answered my questions in a sarcastic way. It seemed as if she wasn't happy about our reservation being made through *******!! With so many choices in the area, I will definitely NOT stay there again. There's a reason why it's called Hospitality Services, Not Hostility Services! Genuine warmth, smile, friendliness, positive attitude were definitely missing in this interaction!

Salle où on déjeune est trop petite pour la quantité de chambres mais pour le reste c'était parfait. Les chambres étaient très propres et le personnel était très gentil.

Petit soucis de douche, compliqué pour la mettre en douche et peu de pression. Sinon chambre propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner bon.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable. A decent breakfast. The low rating is over the dust in the building. While surfaces were clean, the vents were visibly covered in dust. After two nights my eyes were very red, swollen and sore. I was unable to sleep because I became so congested. - this cleared up each day after being out of the building. Other people from my group noted the same thing. It is unfortunate as this hotel is four or five star rating in all other ways. Perhaps a good duct and ventilation cleaning could remedy this.

Clean great staff and check in was easy we arrived early and were allowed to go to the room right away
