We booked for two nights in a family room which was very good. We booked the cooked breakfast option for us all. Once at the hotel we booked dinner for 8pm. We got seated immediately at 8pm and ordered our food. At 9.25pm we had to go find a member of staff where our food was! Arrived at 9.35pm overcooked and warm. Needless to say we never booked for the next night.

Lovely quiet hotel. Check in is very quick and always organised. Rosie was very welcoming and happy to help. Good car park and nothing is too much to ask for, gave directions for nearby shop and asks about my weekend and days at work which is nice when working away from home

The hotel was really clean, there was absolutely no fault with the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were really helpful and polite, particularly Alex. He was very approachable and spoke to me and other of members of staff respectfully. I will definitely be staying at the hotel again! Thank you Alex and team

A clean comfortable room with a decent shower. Standard free WiFi is poor. £5 to upgrade to an acceptable WIFI. Continental breakfast was good. Room temperature was fine at this time of year but no air conditioning would be an issue in the summer.

Usual standard of Premier Inn room, with excellent drinks and meal courtesy of the very professional, capable and friendly Tammy in the Brewer's Fayre bar and restaurant. Fast and efficient service with a smile. Will no doubt return soon.

Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst on a business trip. Location was perfect for my meetings in Stoke and Crewe. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist named Tommy who was extremely helpful. My room was lovely and clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable I didn't want to get up in the morning but unfortunately had too. Had a lovely breakfast which had plenty of choice before I set off for my meetings which set me up for the day. They have a good carpark with plenty of space. I would definitely recommend this place. The location is so convenient to so many places. Last but not least the staff are amazing.
