格雷街飯店(Grey Street Hotel)

雖然房間很好，工作人員很友好。房間的清潔度不是很高的標準。 套房房間似乎比平面圖上的普通房間小。 最後，淋浴對我來說真的很糟糕，雖然工作人員協助解決了這個問題 - 但沒有解決危險問題。 早餐不可用 - 由於廚房有問題。早餐退款。

It was a great experience. I would visit again when the opportunities come.

Great location. Friendly staff. Great room.

We stayed for 3 nights. Lovely hotel fantastic staff but unfortunately the walls are paper thin and you can hear the people in the next room even if they aren’t loud. The hotel is linked to a cocktail bar the music went on till midnight and basically when we were in our room it felt like we were sat in the bar it was that loud. The hotel should confirm in their description the noise volumes as this wouldn’t definitely have made us choose alternative accommodation

Very small dingey grey , noisy all night no sleep,the room above creaking floor above us. Bathroom ceiling collapsing down , due to water damage. Told hotel never got back to us. Room cold. Asked for any blanket got as sheet. Wound not stay agian

Lovely hotel but unfortunately the noise from the bar and revellers outside was too much. We stayed two nights and were lucky to get to sleep at all before 3am. I know it is a city hotel but I have stayed in many and never experienced this much noise. Can not fault the friendliness of the reception team on our final morning and the cleaning team was so polite and helpful.

Firstly we arrived the reception staff were lovely got checked in super quick and headed to our room, only to notice when we went out of the door it wasn’t locking behind us, called the reception staff us and we got changed room because they didn’t know why it wasn’t working, on to the second room, well the temperature of the room was unbearable hot and we couldn’t get the air con to work, but the room was fine apart from that, the bathroom on the other hand best way to describe it was a hell hole, sink was cracked, the tap was hanging off the bath, the way the shower screen has been put up is in the completely wrong place to access the shower equipment me being quite small had to climb in the bath to put the shower on, the water then ended up all over the floor which is a very hazardous situation, no extraction fan so the condensation took forever to clear, pat testing of most electrical equipment is very overdue,now to the bar service on adjoining bar, man behind the bar serving didn’t get a name continued to huff and puff when we were ordering, service like that just make’s customers feel uncomfortable, asked for a bucket of ice for the room to which we later discovered was covered in mould at the bottom, we have tried this hotel a few times now because we like the area it’s situated but I think we will just choose somewhere else from now when we return to Newcastle, I have attached some pictures to this review so people can see what they are in for when choosing to stay

Great location.. Central and just a short walk to music venue. No parking at Hotel but parking close by. Council road works at the moment but didn't bother us. Comfortable and stylish room. Plenty of pubs, restaurants with one attached to hotel. Good breakfast.
