這次的住宿是我們經歷過的最糟糕的。房間不乾淨，急需翻新…家具損壞，床下沉，地毯破舊。浴室看起來像是 60 年代使用的，非常破舊。毛巾很薄而且不吸水，我們在那裡住了 3 個晚上，只得到了 1 卷衛生紙。沒有接待處或通常的酒店設施。牆壁很薄，就像我們睡在宿捨一樣。我們住過的旅館在各方面都優越得多，但便宜得多。我們對我們的住宿感到非常失望，我們確實嘗試尋找替代方案，但由於當時是復活節週末，所以沒有空房。永遠不會再留在這裡...我們不是這個週末唯一失望的客人！

給了錯誤的前門密碼。 我們在外面待了很長時間。 他們在牆上貼了錯誤的指示。 他們花了很長時間才接聽我們的電話 而且房間不乾淨。 完全不推薦

位置很好，但其他就沒什麼了。現場沒有接待人員，所以當我們到達時我們無法進去。打電話後，我們得到了一個密碼，然後我們可以使用該密碼進門。在我們到達之前就應該知道這些資訊。房間很舊，但床單很乾淨。對於我們所付的錢來說絕對被高估了。不會再待在那裡。

不要留在這裡！它不乾淨，看起來不像網路上的照片。房間聞起來像煙味，床上到處都是灰燼，床單上有血跡。我不會評價。

Instead of being emailed with the room code when it was ready, we had to ring 3 times to get it. Even though payment had been debited. When we got there, there was dirty crockery and junk in the fridge.

No staff. No assistance whatsoever. Phone operator rude and most unhelpful. The elevator was out of order and we had to walk up three flights of stairs with luggage. We were not told this until we had arrived and they had our money. Room and bathroom old and very tired. Nice location, but, never ever will we stay here again.

I’d give it a zero if I could I ask for non smoking and room was filled with cigarettes smoke smell room was dirty I ask for another room and they wouldn’t give me another worse experience I’ve ever had do go here guys no worth the money d ont take your family here it’s very dirty and unclean

This place is disgusting. Dirty and not maintained at all. We had a tv that didn't work, broken tap in hand basin, mould in the shower. Was advertised as wheel chair acessable but is definatly NOT! Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. When you have issues you have to call a number as there isn't anyone around to help and the person on the phone just argues with you and is not helpful at all

The bed was clean and the TV worked BUT that is where the good news stop. The previous occuppent was a smoker and the room stank, the smoke alarm had a bag over it, I would have taken it off but thought the alarm would go of. There were nail clippings and dust near the TV and used tissues on the top shelf and I don't think the carpet had been vacuumed that week.

Run now!!!! There are better places in Newcastle to stay. I walked into the room at 9.30pm and walked back out - even though there was no accommodation anywhere else. My car was a better option. It was filthy. there were cockroaches everywhere. the linen was stained, the walls were damaged. The entry to the building and lift were disgusting. The street parking is terrible. I felt unsafe being there. I immediately asked for a refund and thankfully I got it. This is the most disgusting motel I've ever seen and not worth the money they are charging.
