Great views, nice staff as well but they didn’t have gowns and flops. We enjoyed the stay

Firstly, we were 2 people sharing one room, on our booking it stated that we are 2 people sharing one room, and they only gave us one towel and not even half a roll of toilet paper. When we went down to reception to ask for another towel and more toilet paper, she was so rude and we had to wait 3 hours for them to bring it to our room. When we opened the door, the lady threw the towel at us, couldn't wait to leave and didn't even bring toilet paper. The second night, this happened again... The service at the restaurant was extremely bad and when I told the one waiter, he laughed at me. This was not a great stay at all!

We really enjoyed our first visit at Vulintaba Resort. We needed a place where we could spend quality time together, and Vulintaba didn't disappoint. Expectations were met, if not exceeded.

The hotel has always maintained it high standard.since this trip was not a first only problem now is the portholes in road going to the resort

Staff is friendly and I felt at home. Service was out of this world. Will definetely go back and recommend my friends and colleagues. Just work on the road driving there

Please work on your menu, I stayed 4 days and had to choose same food twice. breakfast packing was the worst. Samkelisiwe at the reception gave me the best service, very efficient and willing to help. the manager had to work over night to prepare the venue for our meeting, he is forever willing to meet the customers’ expectations and very open minded.

The road to the Hotel is terrible. Serving breakfast is a nigh**are had to order breakfast and arrived 15 minutes later. Breakfast must be ready already not order and wait for 15 min and orders are mixed sometimes.
