I had a wonderful overall experience and particularly enjoyed the quietness and safety from the guesthouse; they truly added to the relaxing ambiance. One minor issue I encountered was that my room did not have a refrigerator, and it was summer and needed cold drinks on hand. However, the staff was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend Luxury Heights Guesthouse and despite the small setback with the refrigerator. The exceptional service and beautiful surroundings more than made up my serene stay.

Warm and friendly vibes both from Mbali and Cherise, the venue was clean and the pool as well and is located in a very quite and peaceful area.

Friendly and competent staff. Very quiet to get a good night's rest. Super clean and smells fresh and clean. Close to everything. We would most certainly stay here again. We would recommend anytime. Excellent service.

The room was tidy and comfortable. I am impressed that they even had a light with battery for loadshedding. Reception was friendly and helpful. There was safe parking available with roof overhead and even an alarm in the room in case of emergency. Good place to stay.

I've been to several places and I do travel across the country but this one takes the cup. Their rooms are so clean, well maintained and the staff is amazingly friendly. This is a home away from home, I am gonna be a regular here 🔥❤️

I had a great stay and the place is beautiful. The hosted was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. Just the weather was disappointing but overall stay was excellent and comfortable. Beautiful room.
