Welcome to our bright and airy 2 bedroom apartment, located in a quiet gated area in the South Prom area of Newcastle, Co Down.The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a floor mattress.With its own large private balcony you can sit and enjoy a relaxing coffee or read a book in the sun.Just a 12 minute walk to the center of town and less than 5 minutes to the Shimna river for access to the Mournes.The SpaceThe Apartment is situated in a small quiet gated community. It has its own private entrance and you will have the entire apartment to yourself as well as a private parking space.You enter on the Ground Floor, which has a small hallway to store your shoes and coats.The First floor boasts an open plan living room/dining/kitchen area and a "bunk bed" bedroom.The living room has a 42 inch smart TV and comfortable reclining sofas for you to kick back and relax.. This room has HUGE windows and sliding patio doors leading out onto a private balcony - which is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a cup of tea and read the morning papers in the sun.The kitchen area has everything you should need from crockery to cutlery and a good selection of saucepans. The hob is gas and the oven is electric. We also have a bean to cup coffee machine so if you are a coffee person please make sure you bring some coffee beans (and milk) so you can enjoy fresh espresso or a cappuccino.There is ample cupboard space for your groceries should you intend to cook for yourself.We also have a small desk equipped with a monitor, keyboard, mouse and printer should you need to catch up on some work while you stay with us. Just hook up your laptop to the HDMI and USB and you are all set with your very own workstation.The First floor bedroom has one set of bunk beds and a floor mattress which can slide out from under the bunks should you need it. The room can comfortably sleep two people on the bunk beds or three if you pull out and make up the floor mattress. It also has an arcade machine which has no less than 60 popular arcade games hidden inside - your very own mini-arcade - and no coins required!The Second floor has a good sized bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and basin. (It also has a lovely view of the sea :) )The second floor bedroom is our master bedroom with a king sized bed and large built in wardrobes with plenty of space to store your things.Please note that this is strictly a No Smoking Property.There are excellent pubs and coffee shops within 5 minutes walk of the apartment.(The apartment is spread over 3 floors so it is not suitable for those who are unable to climb stairs.)Other things to noteCheck In: We have a 4pm check in, however if there are no guests checking out that morning we can arrange an early check in on request. This is subject to availability and a small charge.Check Out: We have an 11am check out but again providing that we do not have guests arriving that day we can be flexible on request. Again, subject to availability and a small charge.A Travel Cot and High Chair can be made available on request.CORONAVIRUSPlease note that due to coronavirus the day before and the day after you stay will be automatically blocked out so that no one will be in the space 24 hours before you arrive.
