Welcome to this beautiful brick condo located in the heart of downtown Newburyport. Walk out your front door and enjoy the shops,restraints, waterfront boardwalk and ll that this historic city has to offer. The condo is located on the second floor of a row house with off street parking for 2 cars. The condo has a washer dryer, fully furnished kitchen, central air conditioning and a nice exterior deck. The condo sleeps four comfortably with a king size bed in one bedroom and a queen size bed in the other. You will enjoy the cozy living room with wide screen TV and cozy gas fireplace. 30+ days for minimum rental.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Everything we needed and more. Very happy with choosing this accommodation.
Property was great. Stairs up to second floor so this is a middle floor condo with neighbors upstairs and downstairs. Great location to walk to everything, and all the things we needed for our 4 night stay. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend.
