Studio apartment with bath, kitchen, and bedroom/living room/dining area. Fully furnished with washer and dryer, Ideal for couple with one queen bed. Studio apt. on lower floor of my home with separate entrance. Not easily accessible for guests with walking related disabilities. Picture included is of cement steps not path. Ten minutes from downtown Newburyport. Thirty minutes to Portsmouth, NH and Gloucester, MA.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Please keep pets on leash when outside..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About checkIn:Check in after 1:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

A beautiful gem. Clean, quiet and surrounded by nature. A small walk to the beach. At the end of the beach there is a captain's fishing rental for deep sea fishing and or seeing the river.Will definitely stay there again.Tony and Terry

Perfect room and close to the beach
Our go to place for vacation on Plum Island. A short walk to the beach and also a quick drive over the bridge into Newburyport center. Highly recommended.

In the morning, the light comes in softly. One of the few properties with trees and seclusion.
